1. Good work life balance. As a member of SIMC cluster, I spend more time resting in the office, waiting for things to happen than going to the labs. I can come to work at whatever hours i like, and leave at whatever hours i like. No one will ever make a fuss about it. 2. Incompetency is highly regarded and respected. As long as i dont look like a threat to the bosses, i am assured of a long and comfortable hibernation period.
단점:1. There are no cons. With a autocratic management system which places all authority in selective individuals, giving them the full power to steal, copy and sell other people's work as their work, what can possibly go wrong. 2. Full racial harmony as desired by our founding father. With an autocratic leader who hires people of his own nationality, he builds up an awesome wall of both competent and imbeciles colleagues to strengthen his personal agenda and goals. The remaining colleagues of other nationality blends in nicely in the background, with an iron claw at the top brass stepping on the Singaporeans and all. 3. Finally, a CEO without directions, vision, and easily swayed. I foresee the institute going forever strong into phase 4, phase 5 and infinity . May the force be with you all.

Good work-life balance. Not much pressure. Inside the campus of national university of singapore, so the food is cheap. Transportation is very convenient.
단점:Need to keep learning new skills, otherwise a person may lose competence in the long term. Salary is not very competitive as well.

Non-stressful environment, very rarely working overtime, good work-life balance, working culture similar to European style. A good place to have both up-stream and down-stream research and development with industrial projects involved.

단점:Difference is pay scale is too great. Little chance to move up the ladder. Compensation/benefits are too meager. Little bonus also means little work motivation. Management level does not show proper respect, fair treatment to employees.
