There are good equipment, really intelligent staff to learn from, and collaboration across different fields in a plus. Professors from all over the world are also invited to give talks.
단점:Same as all research jobs; it can be quite stressful if the research is not going well.

Scientific exposure and awesome facilities. Excellent work-life balance and salary benefits are good. Reasonable scientific sharing and collaborations.
단점:Closed working environment. Politics of management and promotion. Too much emphasis on publications.

단점:too much politics and corruption. only bad people have a career. may extra hours that are not recognized at all. supervisors don t care at all of the people that are working for them

Basically, the money is good. Comparing with similar post-doctoral positions in the US, UK, Australia etc., SIGN is way ahead with the paycheck. It comes with a pretty nice set of benefits. If you are coming from overseas, you will probably get some housing allowance and other benefits under the expatriate terms.
단점:The environment is quite unlike an academic institution. You will feel that you are working in corporate office - there are red tapes to overcome, performance indicators, annual reviews etc. Not that they are bad, but they do take much of the fun of doing science away. It is like you "have" to be looking and working for projects that will produce results quickly so you can publish and score a nice review. There are... performance bonuses at the end of the year and they are pegged to your publication scores etc. Not exactly the place for someone who wants complete freedom to work on their research projects.
