The business was extremely supportive for me. They provided me with opportunities for growth and development and the senior management were extremely visible and approachable at any time. There are some incredible people employed there, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. The company has clear vision and goals - which whilst ambitious - are achievable with the solid structure which has been put in place. If... you are looking for a job which will give back and praise what you put in, then this company is one you will get this from.
단점:Job roles are often demanding, and whilst overtime is not expected, to complete work and meet deadlines it may be required often, in certain roles, to keep the business on track of its goals

Great place to work if you don’t mind hard work. Really nice people who have after been there a long time. Family business and the family are visible and approachable.
단점:If you are lazy, don’t bother. They expect commitment but in return they give it .

This place could be for you if you are looking at "just do this" management style. Also, if you are able to suck up your boss, have a yes sir altitude - this place is for you even you take your work easily.
단점:Really bad Political environment. Was under a manager who provide no proper orientation, no inclusion of emails, zero 1 on 1 introduction and minimum work interaction/ engagement. Lots of non work related talks during working hours. No sense of fulfillment and hence unable to attract talent. Only join the company if you are okay to bootlick, definitely not an open environment which measure your capability... objectively. You will get out of the door with no bootlick, but you can climb high with it with average/ below average performance
