Career progression is accelerated. People are very nice and willing to help you out. Good place as a starting job for graduates if you are able to stand the pressure and stressful environment.
단점:12 hour shifts, very steep learning curve. Company all about meeting KPIs

Lots of perks to compensate for the low basic, average working pace, stable and definitely a good place to retire.
단점:No communication between the upper management and ground staff. Stubborn and inflexibility management. Government sector mentality remain. Staff is not totally appraised based on performance and contribution, but based on service duration, networking and good your relation is with your boss. Must be a yes man to your boss even though the decision made is not wise.
