Free coffee, structured onboarding, holidays off.
단점:Horrible management, ridiculous standards, ZERO training, long hours expected, no genuine interaction with coworker, everyone has a second job, everyone hates working there and you constantly hear their complaints.

Thanksgiving Potluck was ok and the food was good
단점:Rude co-workers Managers who have no clue how to interact with their employees Very Poor Training (2 days of sitting with another employee at their computer) Lack of ANY of the necessary tools or training to be successful Employee turnover is very high Account Managers who can barley keep their accounts in good standing Managers do not give proper training and guidance Terribly low pay No benefits

Ability to clock in as soon as you walk in the door.
단점:They want you to be a clone. Upper management does not listen to their regular employees. Laid back compliance department. Very little training, but they expect you to be perfect in their cloned training ways. It's a revolving door. Beware.

Very past paced, never a boring or dull moment. Until recently with the declining oil prices. Business slowed substantially. Got to learn various departments in terms of my position as a Packing Coordinator.
단점:Not a lot of work/life balance. Benefits were not great. Training was poor. Manager's and team leads not on the same page with the employees, so there was lots of confusion and unnecessary mistakes happening.

The pay was great, the semi annual bonuses were great, knowledgeable personal if you know where to look and the previous Ops Director was excellent.
단점:Upper management from the president to "group managers" are horrible! There is no support, are threatened by your knowledge, if you question their decision you are SOL. I would rethink working here.

My co-workers and our little parties were the only reason I stayed so long. I made some great personal relationships. The pay sucked but their was plenty of overtime.
단점:Management and most Supervisors were egotistical arses. They really held themselves on a separate platform than the "regular" employees. Warehouse employees were treated even worse. They make you promises to move you up just to keep you from leaving the company but then never follow through. I was an employee for 5+ Years and always promised a higher position but never received what I was promised. Also, if they... felt threatened by your knowledge and experience they would hold you down even longer until you break and leave. They do not take care of their employees
