Dynamic company with very young top Managers that they are able to understand the problem of the employees and they try to help us to solve the problem. Everybody has the same opportunity to grow up in the Company and the Top Managers are happy to give you the chance to try. Good salary and benefits. Vibrant work environment. For fresh graduates, it's a good place to start a career and learn the basic stuff of how a company works. Top management is always keen for innovations and make things as efficient as possible for easier process and better result. Employees are given opportunities and supported to learn more by taking courses and training.
단점:Lack of direct communications between departments, the amount of workload sometimes can be very tough and tiring, unclear organization structure or job desc for some individuals.

The Rocktree office is located in Samsung hub which is very central and close to MRT stations. The office layout and equipment is modern. Good IT and software team.
단점:Management micro manages and controls staff resulting in few opportunities for personal growth or taking on responsibilities. Staff motivation is low. Staff is working overtime regularly.
