단점:The people who work in IT division who joined the company in 2008 the year it established in India are still there and didn't aware of the technology development in the it sector . In order to sustain in there place doing lots of politics. There is no mobility between the project There is no opportunity to involve the GET in the coding or development of application, simply some xl works and make the junior to come... in shift timings. Without giving opportunity to involve in development , during the appraisal the TL is giving comments like not involving in development and only working on incidents and support activity. Due to there is no mobility between teams even though if a senior person had any grudge then he will easily target the junior. Due to there is no workplace they asking employee to come in shift timings to office.

I have worked 6 years in Renault-Nissan. 1. Work culture (Encourage to learn new technologies) 2. Onsite Opportunities for developers 3. Good Environment 4. All types of food availability 5. Cab facility for shifts and Late Night stay 6. No need to stay late nights for women employees
단점:1. HR Interaction in IT department is worst. (No replies for concerns) 2. Far from the city but all over chennai bus facility is available. 3. Maintain timings like colleges. (8-9 hours must stay) Otherwise LOP. 4. Monthly 2 days work from home option only 5. Few domains should stay 9+ hours 6. Very bad resignation process (Head ache process) (Usually one month salary will cut and credit later but here once u... resign you have to take all department signs on one hard copy then you have to submit. These all department people will not available easily to take signs. Then only you will get salary for other two months).

단점:In Many projects you will find, there is no Professionalism. Tamil Dominant Employees. Thats not at all an Issue until, Non Tamil Associates are treated properly. Mostly every team will have Associates of both category. You will find that in all Project related discussions, the mode of communication is Tamil. How the hell will a Non Tamil Understand the crap you are speaking throughout the meeting.

1. OEM 2. MNC exposure 3. Opportunities to learn will be a lot for complete personality development. Lots of training by HR and online and by department for technical knowledge. But in many team work pressure rises, so we are even asked to leave training and support them even if you're a new joinee. 4. Depends on department. 5. Short term foreign business trip if you're so talented, eligible, competitive... for company assignments. But that depends on your team and if their is any opportunity for your team. And their is a chance when you are reaching 3rd year (bond completion period) but then as I heard they might ask to increase your bond period which is obvious since you have learnt the new technology from there and required to train people here. 6. This company really doesn't want to fire anybody. If you're low performer, you will get training or change of job profile.
단점:1. 3 years bond for new joinee (bond amount- CTC+50K). 2. Work pressure in electrical wiring diagram department. 3. If you're a non-tamil speaking guy, you will eventually get fed-up! People use local language (tamil) to communicate mostly. In factory, workshop, it's too much for a north indian but in office it's still bearable since they will use english to communicate official information or things related... to job. But still, you will feel alienated if you can't understand Tamil. Maximum workforce is hired from Tamilnadu itself! And it's obvious because they have high probability of retention in this location instead of north indians. 4. In some departments (Non-IS/IT), people had to stay even after office hours to finish daily deadline. 5. The main company (Renault or Nissan), at their primary location (france or japan) will be doing all the upstream work (except 2ASDU-which does upstream- R&D here). So otherwise don't assume that you're getting into R&D. 6. Co-curricular activities (Toastmasters, etc) will be there, but only if you finish your daily task, then you can think of participating there. 7. Salaries are low as compared to other OEMs or even supplier companies most of the time.

단점:1. Worst middle mangement.. Especially the so called architecture team is pinnacle of politics with racist mindset... Managers project and promote only candidates from their state or their own language speaking persons... 2. Office time is 8.20 to 5.30 but don't expect to leave at 5.30 because if u don't stay till 7.30 you are inefficient and not doing your work properly... 3. People will not ask you anything if u... leave at 5.30 but during appraisal time they will tell you are not staying till 7.30 so no promotiom for you.. 4.hard work never pays... 5. But if you are a person who projects himself for other people work... And if you have no work ethics then you will get promotion once in 2 years... Adwise don't be that person. 6. Cons are more but be carefull if you go to archi team.

Could not find any pros in my tenure of 2 years.
단점:1) Initial probation of 6 months will be mentally and physically horrifying . Manager will intentionally delay your confirmation after 6 months. 2) During execution of projects, they will be continuous monitoring of performance on daily basis. The employee will be taken to meeting with GM for even small issues. 3) zero importance to technical learning but 100% importance to employee behavior competency. 4) ... Boot licking policy. Process is just for name sake they can change it anyways they wish to. 5) Unrealistic year end targets and sadistic performance review by manager and project leader.

All the Pros are used to 3 years earlier: - nice work life balance. - Very understanding and practical managers. - Proper project implementation methodology and appraisal. - Recognition for those who work.
단점:Hopeless managers with fake experience, expect unsystematic and unplanned deployement of projects. Incapable to hire a quality resource. Incapable to retain a capable resource. Managers sell of the resources to business users for a glass of drink. IT consultants need to do business user activity also. This is no longer a captive unit. it is a slave unit. No respect for the employee.
