1) Learning opportunities. 2) If you are working in the company premises then you are absolutely going to enjoy it. 3) 1st increment is always good (*depending on your performance) 4) Good opportunities to work with big clients as a vendor and you get to work in their work env. (NSDL for example)
단점:1) You gonna be completely ignored till your last day 2) 90days compulsory notice period 3) Once you are send out to a client as a vendor they are not gonna bother even if you die. 4) Your prayers and harrasment from the client are always going to fall on deaf ears. 5) They dont care even if you are not working at client site coz the client continues paying your billing. 6) HR is the worst. 7) Your reporting... manager remains completely anonymous and useless.

단점:Forget about your personal life you may be told to work any day of the week and mostly you would be working minimum 6 days a week . Salary hikes have also taken a hit . They treat you as if they own you. No proper corporate culture it's more like a school.

I interviewed at Quality kiosk in December. 2017. Process took one day. First round was telephonic Second was machine test (coding test)., Selenium web driver test which is quite simple, if you know basic then it will be very easy. Third was managerial, in this they will basically look into your confidence level and last one was hr Which includes your communication and salary discussion. Hr is very... co-operative. Ms.Mausami sardar is the best as per my exp. Very co-operative and always available to your queries. Good work environment.

단점:1.) No automation they have their own product called Coth which is worst so while selling this product to client they will commit like it can execute 100s of cases in just span of 15 mins but once client buys it the product doesnt delivers at all and in return they make their manual testers work like hell just because they have committed to client 2.) They hire freshers with very very less CTC, with a bond of 2 yrs... and promise them that they would be getting good appraisal after one year but after one year they give just a hike of 1-2k which ultimately ruins career of freshers 3.) Managers and TL think they are stake holders of company and treat employees working under them like slaves. 4.) TL and managers should learn or attend some classes for etiquettes on how to treat people 5.) Very client centric company and hardly cares about employees. 6.) They dont care if old employees leave because in return they will hire some fresher with a very low ctc which is profitable form them. 7.) No matter how hard u work, TL, Managers and chattus get the best appraisals. 8.) HR’s are made to help employees but incase of this company HR they are worse they will listen to managers and TL’s 9.) Some seniors working from last 4-5 yrs on single project feel like they know everything and their attitude is like hell but in reality they dont even have a penny of knowledge 10.) CEO and higher management are just focusing of overseas project because from there they get a good profit and dont care about employees working on indian projects (The projects where they started their business) 11.) If u get a good client to work ur blessed other clients like HDFC just dont treat u well just because ur a vendor 12.) No outing, team lunch just one party once a year which is just for name sake 13.) If ur good at buttering u will grow in this company or else be ready for donkey work

단점:Its all about APPEASEMENT in here. Every manager is sucking upto each other and there is No place for creativity and fair chance. Managers suck. There is NO GENDER EQUALITY, NO DIVERSIFICATION. Literally feel like working with typical marathi goons! Everyone has their own agenda. No place for personal space beyond work. Work is shoved up your mouth all time.
