Friendly to fresh graduates Training provided, do not expect you to know everything Generally friendly environment, except for the 1 or 2 toxic colleagues. Upholds excellent values, and championed by most senior managers.
단점:Lower pay than government hospital med tech jobs Overtime is not monetarily rewarded OT is required if you cannot finish the day's work, which is sometimes due to machine error Entry level work timing is 2-10pm Mon to friday Need to work half day on Saturday (2-6.30pm). Therefore sacrifice social life. Generally small company, limited career progression.

I was a former medical technologist in Quest. Quest is a great place to start in if you are new to the industry and looking to gain experience. The staff usually comprises of young and vibrant individuals so if you are just starting out, you would fit in with ease. If you're seeking a place to grow, then Quest is a good place for you.
단점:Poor management of staff. Too lenient that sometimes section head/senior staff can get away with neglecting junior staff. Lack of proper competency tests so you can't exactly gauge how competent you are.
