Great benefits, clean offices, nice location. Non-Management is friendly and helpful
단점:Senior Management is heartless, disconnected and disingenuous towards all. The industry has been in a downturn but they keep spending. Layoffs hit before the holidays and everyone is afraid of coming to work. Moral is low and going lower. There is a total blind spot from the Oslo home office and the Houston location runs blind.

단점:As a Non-Native Norwegian, one will be discriminated at every step. Norwegian managers switch to their Native language moving away from the corporate language - English. Products are Average, bought from someone else, put their Logo and sell at Premium price.

Good company to work for particularly if you are based in Lysaker. Compensation is good for expats and below average for regular employees. Good work/life balance WW Academy has a wealth of knowledge available to all employees, however spots for formal training are scarce and are usually given based on management favorite employees rather than need or merit. Company truly trust and empowers employees
단점:Unfortunately the maritime industry is going through a deep recession and it is passing the bill to premium providers such as WSS. The company is reorganizing letting go a significant ammount of expertise. The company feels still like a 1980's workplace with many people working there for more than 15-20 years and completely reluctant to evolve and change. Scandinavian culture failing to adapt to global needs.... Organization is very flat and change is hard to achieve due to a high number of stakeholders. Travel policy is requires all employees to travel economy class on long hauls but is
