Office employees are great, quiet work environment allows for concentration.
단점:The upper management are a pain to work with. The company president is quick to verbally berate and abuse his employees with foul and abusive language. Sometimes he'll even get physical. There's no clear goal as to where the company wants to go and work is drying up fast. Fault is always passed on to the youngest tenure on the team. HR will treat everything as a personal favor of the company not as actual obligations by Japanese employment law. Even your salary will be taken as a "personal favor" and they will use it against you. You have to stay on top of project managers to make sure that a project doesn't fall to the wayside. Too much responsibility is on the developers to interact and manage clients and projects.

There are no pros about this company, it's mostly staffed by women who think men are crap and they let you know every day.
단점:A really bad place to work - I got punched in the face by a female employee and when I refused to accept her apology and be nice to her I got fired. Simply put the female employee was considered more valuable than me so she could do whatever she wanted to do, and I got fired because they figured I would sue them which I could not do because I got fired.

단점:As it is not a big company and also it deals with various kinds of projects/clients, new joiners will need to have self-learning ability to grow along the career journey. If you need a lot of direction or guidance at work, you may find it difficult to fit into the work style in this company. However, if you are initiative and proactive, it is a good place for you to start your career.

1. Flexibility on which programming languages to use for projects 2. They sponsor work visas (but then call you a "visa chaser" and use that against you. see cons section below under "fundamental lack of trust") 3. The CEO treats employees to dinner or lunch occasionally 4. Employees are not pressured into working overtime hours
단점:1. The work environment is harassing. Here are some examples which I experienced: - The CEO said after a meeting, "thank you for being female and keeping all us men in line". - At a welcome party, CEO rubbed a female staff's belly and told her, "make sure you don't eat too much". (it was clear staff member did not like being touched, but was too shy do do anything about it) - The CEO advised a new... employee to not take any days off in their first year so that they could "focus on their career". - The CEO invited a female staff with him to an event telling her, "no one will take me seriously without a beautiful woman by my side." - The CEO is quick to get angry and yell at the staff. Has been known to push employees and throw things. 2. There is a fundamental lack of trust in employees. - To the point where if an employee comes in late due to a train delay and does not bring a train delay paper, they will passive-aggressively be accused of lying. 3. Project management is haphazard due to project managers not having any previous experience in IT project management, (and in many cases, project management at all). This leads to disorderly projects and a lot of stress for everyone all around. 4. Everyone is a businessman. - When business doesn't go well, the CEO starts asking even engineers to bring in more business to the company. 5. Employees get harassed (LOTS of passive aggressive comments) when trying to take a day off. Even trying to take one day off is difficult and stressful. 6. Speaking of days off, they are limited to 10 and do not grow over the years.

단점:-Your opinions don't matter. Upper management will only take yes for an answer, and will stop involving you in discussions if you push back too much. -No such thing as culture. -Little trust.

단점:I was hired as a back-end developer, and was promised work with PHP and Python, but I was quickly repurposed into a code monkey. The company makes most of their monies from quickly creating basic HTML/CSS pages in a vvery bad CMS (cannot upload multiple files, very slow, "!important" tags everywhere, etc.). I am not a developer from 2003, so I applied at another company and got real work. This is true for most... employees. Very skilled people need to work on very low level projects, but maybe if you stay with the company for many years you might see a project that is challenging and improves your skillset. The turnover is very high at T-Mark. People leave for better companies after they find out the work that really happens. This maybe is a good company for university graduates, but if you have skills.....STAY AWAY.
