Job security because everyone has left and they can’t afford to let anyone go.
단점:Work load is crazy due to everyone leaving!! No work/life balance! Pay is below average. Our raises are a complete joke! There is ABSOLUTELY NO GROWTH with this position in this company. Expect to be thrown out to the wolves with no training, and when you reach out to management for help no one answers their phone. But they will call back after you left the customer site to provide “help” when you obviously don’t... need it anymore. The documentation for the work to be completed is nonexistent & when you reach out for help they’ll tell you figure it out! I noticed that these last couple of reviews left with 5 stars are obviously fake and left by management in the company to save face but don’t just believe my review, read ALL reviews to get the more accurate picture. Trust me when I say you can find something else where the work is less demanding and the pay is MUCH MUCH better. I’m currently looking for a way out now.

Enjoyable job. Pay was good. Great benefits. Cool co-workers. Time off. Seems the owner really cares about the company.
단점:Supervisors showed favoritism. And don't want to help you. Management will always take supervisors side no matter what. And they are willing to let you go in a heartbeat.

단점:If upper management doesn't agree with you or dislikes you, you will be let go. At will employment---no reason needed. Micro-managed by management who points fingers and will throw you under the bus at any given time . Favoritism. is high, Sexual harassment swept under the carpet.

Pay is decent. Sometimes you get free lunch, not much else positive here.
단점:Reminded me of high school- if ur not in with the right clique, then you will be made to feel like an outsider every day. Antiquated software programs to run huge numbers - lots of mistakes happen all, the, time.

Some good blue collar coworkers. Some people have a good work ethic.
단점:Classic case of what's wrong with crony capitalism. Company wouldn't exist without the support of forced-deposit beverage laws that force distributors to add a bottle-recycling surcharge to every bottle that can be redeemed by returning the bottle. As someone who believes in freedom rather than coercion, I think recycling should be voluntary.

My hourly wage was the only pro of working with Tomra.
단점:Everything about working with Tomra is negative. Arrogant and deceiving people own and run Tomra. Tomra management uses chaotic and disorganized 'methods' to 'complete' projects. Chaos and disorganization should never exist at any company.

Very good salary and benefits. Plenty of money in the budget to design and complete projects. Limo was provided to get to and from airport.
단점:Some of the priority projects existed solely for the benefit of management - not the company or its customers. These wrongly motivated projects were almost never completed. Employees would often complain to each other that their given assignment was the wrong thing to do. Unfortunately, almost no one would speak their mind in the presence of management during company meetings. However, there were many projects that... were very fulfilling that made a difference to our customers and the company.

Interesting and challenging work, decent benefits and job security. Rapidly growing company with room for advancement at all levels. Relatively few layers of management allows for quick decision making without a lot of red tape.
단점:Decisions are not always well thought out, poor planning for new projects. Understaffed, creates a high stress environment, poor work life balance, long hours required. High employee turnover in entry level jobs.

단점:Too many managers, constant oversight, short term goals and lack of future proofing. The company is not moving forward in north America, this market feels like an "also ran" to the main company.

단점:Awful cooperation/team culture Too many management positions just asking for updates and changing their roles names. No idea how to scalate or push things forward. Too much interest in short term gains and meeting individual objectives to get the bonus. Nobody really cares where the company/product is heading to, or long term achievements/vision. Management has no idea what's happening in the lower levels and... they can't keep their talent. There is people leaving every week (2-3 at least). Wrong approach (in terms of tasks and job description) to many positions. Everyone seems to do everything but in the end nobody does anything . Mixed roles and not clear who's suppose to own what.

One of the best internships positions available for students pursuing a third-level degree in physics or engineering. Gained valuable working experience and got an opportunity to perform interesting and rewarding, hands-on work.
단점:While not directly involved myself, it appeared as though conditions for the software team were not ideal as there was quite a bit of movement within the department.

There were some great co-workers.
단점:The biggest problem is "management": very poor decision-making, no respect for their team, chaotic, untrustworthy, unskilled, deceitful. I can go on for a while. My co-workers were paranoid because there was so little trust in the company at that point.
