The product is really nice. Challenging mix of machine language programming and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
단점:Quite a few managers are laughably incompetent. Low manpower = more workload and no time for vacations.

Nice building , some nice co workers.
단점:Lack of leadership from management. Processes not followed or adhered to. Lots of back stabbing going on between managers , workers caught up in the middle.

I've always believed that it's the people that make the place, meaning that even in bad situations as long as you're in good company you can make the most of it. This is something I learned during my time in the military, and having such great colleagues at TGW made the transition an easy one.
단점:There isn't a standardised pay system in my department, people can be on radically different salaries for the same job. Generally seem to underpay .

I have only been with TGW for a short amount of time but I can tell already that I am going to love it here! The business genuinely cares about its employees. We are offered free health checks, free access to the onsite gym, a rooftop terrace, regular updates from the MD. Speaking of the MD, on my second day he put some time in my diary for us to grab a coffee in the kitchen and get to know each other. Pretty... special for the MD of a global business to do this with staff of all levels!
단점:I haven't come across any cons yet! I'm sat here at my desk looking out of the giant floor to ceiling windows, sipping a free green tea racking my brains trying to think of anything negative. Ill keep you updated if anything comes up!

The Office environment and Work equipment.
단점:Unserious and unprofessional Management. They have no experience in Personal management. No bonus even you are successfully. The Salary is very bad. The management forced some staff member to resign the contract or get not the Exit letter. Its all recorded.
