Worst culture, no job security, no clarity in HR policy . Sacking is very common in Torrent pharma. There are number of cases happen with so many employees with less than one day notice. I highly recommend not to join this company. There are number of good companies in India where you can work.
단점:There is no secured job profiles. Very common to transfer one department to other departments without any reason. E.g clinical to marketing. Plant to account etc due to this reason torrent lose so many good talents including junior to senior level.
