단점:Since Shipping market was going through tough time it came with its own issues and complexity..but i m sure the organization must have sailed through it

I worked in Tata NYK for 2 years. Friendly and inclusive environment. People are helpful, especially to junior employees. Good platform to learn as flexibility given in approaching any job and opportunities given to work in a cross functional set up. Great exposure to shipping and to see how a company is run.
단점:Company can hire more internationals for diversity.

Good workplace for younger employees starting out since the opportunity is given to make mistakes and grow. Great place to understand the working culture of the Japanese community for non Japanese workers.
단점:Less inclined to allow for shifting between different departments within the company. HR can sometimes be difficult to work with.

Exposure to varying Indian and Japanese working styles. Good learning opportunity as everybody works cross functionally. Central location. Work-life balance. Makes you more flexible and open-minded. Two great companies with a long history working together.
단점:No proper segregation of duties. Like many traditional Asian company cultures there is a "strong local talent agenda" - preference to hire from their own countries to train and develop them and put the best of them in senior roles Not willing to invest in up-to-date systems, training and development. What is written on policies may not be what is done. No advance notice of policy changes.

Tata brand name and very strong parents have come to form the joint venture and good cargo backup by group companies is the only strongpoint
단점:Weak leadership, no coherence, disjoint groups within the company, power centric top management, no consistent policies, all decisions taken using discretion
