I had a memorable experience working at The Good Agency Asia. I was given many responsibilities and was invited to different social events with our clients. From these opportunities, I learned a lot about what kinds of work must be put in as a digital marketing startup agency in China. The people are friendly and always welcome to teach you when you have questions. The Good Agency is open-minded and constantly look for new ideas from their employees and interns.
단점:Work can be repetitive but since this is a small startup, everybody shares this kind of responsibility.

I had a great experience interning at The Good Agency Asia. The management team was able to effectively channel my previous experience and determine which projects that I would not only be useful to help on, but also which piqued my interest. I admire the good vibes atmosphere of the office and the flexibility that I was awarded during my time with TGAA. I can't wait to return to China to start my career, with the... breadth of experience and knowledge that I have retained from TGAA.
단점:Unfortunately, the office is a bit small and it was sometimes hard to accommodate the growing and dedicated team.

Great company to work for because they genuinely care about their employees and their clients. Definitely an accessible place to start your China career.
단점:The Good Agency Asia is still a start-up so not all the kinks are worked out, but everyone is extremely dedicated and a company that can grow with you.

First of all, it is a fun relaxed office with a good vibes culture. Secondly, TGAA offers digital track career opportunities. Finally, it is a great place to start a career in China.
단점:It is challenging and hard to live in China and to become used to Chinese people, languge and culture. As a consequence, working at TGAA would be hard as you will deal with Chinese clients and customers.

- Great synergy, support and mentorship from fellow coworkers and bosses. - Amazing environment to work and learn at. Everyone is very supportive and understanding, the office does not feel like a job, but a family. - Very proactive, everyone gets an assignment(s) to work on at all times, no one is just sitting around. Power is decentralized, you get the opportunity to pitch in your ideas, you are heard and... allowed to make your own decisions. - The clients are very diverse, you get the opportunity to learn about different fields. - Allows for creativity to foster and develop. - Great learning environment, everyone chips in and helps with what you are lacking. By the end of my internship, I learned more than I had ever hoped. - You want to go to work, you enjoy being there because it is never tedious. You develop real relationships with the people there.
단점:- Sometimes work can get a little repetitive, which is normal at any job. - Since it is a small company, the roles of each person get a little tangled.

I was previously a summer intern at TGAA and later turned into a part-time employee. TGAA is definitely a great workplace for internship since they have an amazing internship program with all employers and managers willing to help you and teach you. The company is still rather young but with lots of room to growth.
단점:The office can easily get crowded with the fast-growing company size.

The work environment is relaxed and really pushes creative energy. The company does not deviate from their mission to support and work with inherently "good" companies. Their morals are consistent throughout everything they do.
단점:With hectic schedules there are moments were communication is lost between employees. There are times when projects come to a halt because of this. The overall organizational structure was hard to understand at first as a new employee, which made it difficult to determine who to report to and who required the information I was working on.

Great group of people in a fast-paced start-up environment, as such there is always something to do and always room for great new ideas. I really enjoyed interning here because I felt that I was not only challenged each and everyday, but also given the opportunity to leave my mark on China through ideas that were implemented on an executive level and seen by consumers all over the world. If you want to experience... marketing, this is a good place to start!
단점:This is a place where you get what you put in, so work hard and you will learn a lot!
