단점:Very less salary, and incentive. Upper management especially ZM takes advantage and harassment of female employees. No timely promotions or benefits. Whatever benefits monetary or rewards are given by Company never reaches an employee. Instead lot of mental harassment as well. No leaves and time management . No compensation given on time or till date.

단점:Very long working hours with very stringent break times. Average 6+ hrs gap between meals. Canteen food is very bad and there's no option to go out and eat - 1. Ur not allowed to go out once u enter campus. 2. Even if u manage to go out, there's no eatery nearby People with more than 8-10yrs experience act as barriers between the freshers and management. They take all the credit for work done by juniors and get... appreciation from top management. Top management totally trusts seniors and doesn't give opportunity to the juniors to speak up. Very bad in this regard.

단점:1. Your values are not considered if you are executive level (More of work to do because you had been told to.. No reasoning) 2. No natter how many times you complain about serious issues even to the senior management and to HR, it is not implemented or not corrected. 3. People from north are most likely to get a depression in 3 months because of eating rice at 7:30am(Contrasting Cultural Impact) 4. You'll... always be questioned even if you have proof that it is your manager's fault. 5. Seen some people not getting a seating place even after 6 months of joining. 6. Far from the city, extra travelling is required.
