- People are great with no egos, create a relaxed atmosphere--like a family - Great place to learn and develop, a lot of opportunities for experience that wouldn't have been given to a young designer just starting out - If you ask for more responsibility it'll be given, but only if you push for it - Great office location in the heart of the leafy Former French Concession - Two golden retrievers
단점:- They're a tiny company transforming into a small to medium sized company, and there have been a lot of growing pains in terms of management and communication. It's been getting better, but still not quite there - There can be really slow periods where not a whole lot of new work is coming in - A lot of projects aren't managed too well, which means suddenly there will be a first round due in the next day out of... the blue.
