Pay is decent, benefits are ok
단점:Tiger's cares about 1 thing and 1 thing only. It's bottom line. It does not care about its employees, their well being, health or families. There is no such thing as work life balance. Everyone is replaceable and they will continue to churn and burn employees every year or so because they refuse to put their employees first. Absolutely awful place to work.

Tigers is a very passionate and creative company that allows the employees to make decisions and own their respective areas. The Local and executive management teams are very supportive and drive to continue to grow the teams and promote within. It is and has been an amazing experience and look forward to this continuing.
단점:great opportunities and need to be ready to work to grow ( But not a Con in my eyes)!!

I have been at Tigers for two years and have learned more here about the industry than 10 years at my previous job. The teams are small and every employee is encouraged to learn about every aspect of a shipment from cradle to grave.
단점:Can be demanding but a fair price to pay for the rewards

Working in the transportation industry for over 30 years has allowed me to see and participate in many work cultures. Working hard is something that is not unnoticed. Even in a management role. Tigers has given me the ability to grow and learn from the bottom up. Never holding anyone back of anything they set for themselves to reach. It truly has been the "best" place I have ever been at. Its more to me than... just a paycheck. Its way of my life and its my home away from home. I want nothing but the best for the organization and my team I lead. I value them and they value me. Never allowing the outside world to influence what I believe in. Its truly been the greatest place of employment I have ever worked for far beyond my direct deposit.
단점:I truly have none.

Employees are afforded a lot of freedom which affords them the opportunity to come up with truly innovative solutions. The focus on client satisfaction runs deep and in crisis mode the entire team will pull together. Proud to be part of the Tigers family.

Company provides hard workers with a lot of leadership opportunities. It not only says it has an entrepreneurial spirit but it actually acts on it, allowing anyone at the company to present cases for improvements, projects, etc. Executives know what's going on locally, which makes it feel like they really care about your success.
단점:Lean culture can mean less guidance than I'd like at times. At times it's difficult for the non executive level personnel to really know what's going on from a top line perspective. Employees who need a lot of direction and guidance will struggle to succeed long term at Tigers.

It has been a pleasure kick starting my career at Tigers. This is the first full time position I had after college, and with the support of my manager and the entire leadership group, I have been able to move forward quickly in my career. The mentorship goes a long way, and is not something readily accessible at every company. The company truly recognizes those that are out of the box thinkers, accountable, step up... to exceed all expectations, and want to have a direct impact. If that's you then this is the place to be!
단점:At times the hours can be long, but its a growing company that often has an "all hands on deck" expectation. It is exciting to part of a team wherever is working together towards one goal and willing to put in the work to push the entire organization forward.

Typical freight forwarder job. Decent pay and hours. Best thing was learning Cargowise and helps me at my new job.
단점:Do not get con working here. Horrible management. Horrible benefits. Provide no support from any management and they throw you under the bus when things doesn't go right. Small company trying to a big overnight. Management needs alot of work. HIGH turnover rate. Seen so many people getting fire all the time. HR team are a joke. That's the reason I comment now because those reviews I seen that was posted recently... probably are from them. Don't let fake reviews fool you.

Hard to find any pros outside of "It's a job". Pay is in line with the market and stable customer base. Good location and decent hours of operation.
단점:Poor upper management and leadership. Nice song and dance but lack backbone and decisive decision making. Could not spot a tree if it hit them in the face. Only consistency is the inconsistency of existing management group. They look the part but are not engaged with real problems. Out of touch with staff.

Monday - Friday day shift hours
단점:The office staff is very unprofessional. They possess a lack of respect for one another in the work place (inappropriate language, drinking on the job showing no real courtesy when you're on the phone with a customer) as well as with customers. The HR department doesn't take complaints seriously, it's as if they dont really care about their employees and what they have to say. They prefer to brush things under the... rug. Their turn over is extremely high

There are some really nice people that work for the company, and even some of management. They have a sales incentive program that was a nice perk.
단점:Very poor upper management. Inside sales has no idea of the actual operations process, so they are constantly selling business for too cheap.

The company is full of passionate people, who enjoy what they do, and are striving to help their customers. They encourage out of the box thinking, but also hold people accountable for changes. If you are creative, passionate, sales-driven this is a great place. A team-work atmosphere is very much encouraged from the top level.
단점:Typical forwarder benefits leave much to be desired

I received scheduled hours of operation that I needed. Descent money. Variety in customer accounts. Good location for lunchtime purposes.
단점:Zero training. Management attitude is my way or the highway. Zero support from management. Managers will throw you under the bus to save themselves and go through your desk once you leave for the day. Supervisor is has experience in the company but does not understand many things regarding brokerage or exports. Very clique place.

There is nothing good I can say about this company. If I could give zero stars I would. Needs an overhaul from the top. Too many corporate employees that don't make money for the company yet the offices themselves are understaffed and under paid
단점:Understaffed, poor management, benefits are bad, promised bonuses received none. Takes away benefits or extra pay on a whim. Work here if you need a job and keep looking. No back up from management or HR.

단점:terrible benefits raises every 4 years was promised bonus upon hire and never recieved promote company culture as anti bureaucracy and politic free, but what company is executive management is lost as to how a distribution warehousing company should be run and has very secretive and somewhat shady p&l management practices, have never seen a balance sheet so backward but it matches the company thinking

My coworkers were helpful and kind.
단점:The turnover is extremely high. That along with the low pay, give you a sign that the company does not care about its employees. My advice is to accept the job (if you really need one) and keep looking for a better one on the side until you find one. Once you find a better job, leave. This might sound as dumb but you will realize it is true once employed with this company.

Not many. The people I work with are great.
단점:There is a lot of turnover; people come and go. There is no job security. My recommendation for anyone taking a position here is to keep looking for something better and leave as soon as that better job is found. A lot of upper management people were fired while I was here. Maybe who should be fired is the president of the US for not knowing how to run this company.

Global transportation company. Opportunities to work in or with offices throughout the world. Very hard working employees who take pride in their work.
단점:Turnover higher than necessary, so stability and consistency was a problem. Communication within Corporate and between the branches should have been much better.

Besides getting paid, there is no pro.
단점:The working hours are ridiculous. You have to available 24/7 365. When you’re on leave be expected to receive a call from them to work. Your salary stays the same. You receive the minimum amount of leave days. Once they feel they have had enough of you be prepared to be kicked out some or other way. Managers will throw you under the bus when it suits them. It’s the employees versus management at Tigers. Do not... recommend this company.

From line managers to senior manager, everyone seems to be passionate about the company. Creating a can do and creative culture. Together we have achieved up many wonders as a small company. The company had won numerous awards from the industry in HK and recognitions from customers.
단점:Remuneration and benefits are average or below market. Lack of resources in some departments.
