Interesting clients, good working environment, engaging staff who know what the are doing and are very knowledgeable about their industry.
단점:Despite best efforts, departments are very silo'd. Tendency for HR practises to fall by the wayside, ie appraisals missed or moved, Line Manager meetings aren't regular. Personally, I'm fairly autonomous so its not a huge problem for me but it could be improved.

No egos - genuinely collaborative with whole team, whether you are a contractor or perm. Everyone works hard and really cares about the strategic/creative output. There is a healthy work/life balance. Lots of professional and social events - including pilates and monthly social gatherings.
단점:Any cons/issues the senior team are v. open to feedback.

Some great talent to work with, all in all friendly colleagues, annual weekend abroad party, good location (Chancery lane), refurbished although very boring, uninspiring office.
단점:Very little career opportunities, minimal learning/training options, unilateral decision making, command and obey type of culture, below average salary, big turnover, working from home is not allowed, flexible working options only in theory.

The best thing about Teamspirit is without a doubt, the people. Everyone is friendly, supportive, always up for a chat and willing to help. The benefits are also great - many socials, including a trip abroad for Christmas, Friday drinks + good holiday allowances. More recently new structures were set up to help career progression and personal development which is really important. Good work/life balance.
단점:Hardly any. Pitching is high on the agenda which is great - it would be great to get even more exciting projects & clients.

Great benefits and always given support to grow in your career if you're open to it! The annual Christmas trip to Europe is a great highlight.

Teamspirit is a fantastic place to work, it really does live up to the name. Highly collaborative , great atmosphere, supportive leadership and truly awesome people. A lot of ladies in the leadership too, which means a lot to me. The management work really hard to keep you informed of what's happening in the company so that you feel a part of it.
단점:For me, as a UX specialist, it's just too print focussed, they've tried to be digitally lead, but that really hasn't happened.

Some people were great as was the location.
단점:The only 'Teamspirit' was between the Directors. They were harsh, fake, pretentious, 'smiling assassins'.

Incredible company culture, amazing people to work with and the office is always a happy place, allowed to bring dogs to work
단점:Bad time management by managers, not much transparency around promotions i.e. you'll get it when you get it, lot of employee churn

Great company with a very strong culture. They obviously only take on experts within their field. Great offices and lots of perks. - Monthly company meeting with CEO or MD's hosting - Good internal communication - Amazing, friendly employees
단점:- 90% of things seem to need board sign off which can be a long process - Work/life balance can be off sometimes - true of any agency, however sometimes it is actively encouraged and work load not address properly. - Very keen on processes, to the detriment of speed and agility
