TechnoPro is a dispatch company with a relaxing and supportive work environment. Training of up to a few months is provided before dispatch. Overtime work is paid in-full. Working for a dispatch company is a great way to increase range of technical knowledge due to changes in company every few months, and this dispatch company treats its employees pretty well. You can do anything from fixing hardware, to working cutting edge programs, to being support for systems that have been around forever. There is a job for anyone. As far as overtime, you are not usually required to stay overtime, and if you do, they pay you for it (unlike some other companies here in Japan). You can also select where you want to work and which company you want to work under, if they have a contract with them. They have sports events every few months.
단점:Intense differences between locations in terms of team leadership and job environment, ranging from very good to very bad. Management is not explicitly trained for leadership. Due to job security or disorganization, some people slack off, which is really counterproductive, depressing, and causes strong feelings of frustration.

Large stock inventory of the latest AV technology, well maintained and correctly stored. Interesting projects throughout the GCC. Knowledgeable owner of the company.
단점:6 day work week, split shift. Not conducive with any European employee standards of working conditions. Very low pay for hours of duty.
