The people here are very nice and caring . They always help and even motivate each to do perform even better. Comfortably can communicate with the HR department regarding any issues.Most importantly , the management is the another reason as they have been encouraging and supportive at all times. Loving the environment !:)

단점:

In Call centre environment , people has to be patient and alert at all time . It might take some time to get use to it .

장점:

Management getting down to employees directly and removed the “army” style that was cascaded down by the previous centre managers. Can see their genuine efforts made nowadays. Especially showing respecting, trust and patience towards CCOs and TLs nowadays. Keep it up :)

단점:

Allowing the centre managers running their own show.

Work-life balance as a customer care officer.

단점:

Management only listens to top people. Listen to CCOs then nothing happens. Many mid-management and some senior management staffs come and and go. Seriously? Someone reviewed claiming others defaming? Hahaha...

The company is currently working hard to change things work. The management have been very motivated to engage with us much more regularly and seems to be genuinely trying to make the environment more of a 'family' bond than just an everyday workplace. Good that the company pushes to retain loyal and good workers.

단점:

I trust that the management would look deeper into rewarding to those working hard and sincerely.

The Managements is listening n accepting to changes unlike what mentioned earlier. Professional call team and colleague rapport. It’s a pro-family working culture that enable us to have better work life balance especially towards the end of the year.

I saw a couple of negative reviews on the Company. However, having worked here for near to 2 years, I believe it's definitely not that bad!! - Management are approachable, not at all like what people said -Human touch to the employees, do your CEO buy treats and come distribute to the ground staffs, chatting with them? (small and kind gesture do touch the hearts of people) - Can see that the management are making... efforts to make staffs happier and boosting our morale.

단점:

A handful of negative people, spreading rumors & bad vibes around. these will definitely affect the morale of some of the other staffs (especially new staffs & those who are easily swayed)

Quite "lepak" after youve learnt all the product knowledge. If youre handling a office hour project, youll get your comfort zone designated work station. And thats the best i can think for this company.

단점:

Plenty of cons. 1. Interview. The interviewers (HR executive) usually take their own sweet time to meet you. No time management. E.g supposing interview sets at 10am and you arrive on the dot, they will be too busy to attend to their stuff. (due to lack of man power) 2. Bad office environment. Refering to the pros of having your own designated desk, but youll get all restricted. As ridiculous as 'no more... than 3personal belongings on the desk' 3. Restrictions everywhere. 4. Management never cares about staffs wellbeing. 5. Management often shows attitude to the floor team. It is all writren on their faces. They often despise the floor team members(cso's) 6. Feedback raised are a waste of effort. 7. Severely underpaid for almost all employees. 8. Severly high turnover rate for the past year. 9. New joiners are weird.( idk how they pass the interview and how interviewers interview them) 10. Bad working environment. 11. 8/10 staff werent happy to come to work. 12. Poor IT development. PC often shutsdown. 13. Youll expect more cons if you join this company. -unless bosses realised how poor the management manages the staff and resolve the issue.

Some of the higher management officers (eg: training dept, executives, QA, HR) are nice. Read: SOME.

단점:

Very low salary. Zero welfare towards staffs. Lousy company benefits. No salary increment, Horrible management (the higher ranking ones).

"A very sad and demoralizing place to work... in a call centre"

On-the-job-trainings on products' knowledge. The trainer is knowledgeable and patient. If there is spare time, she will go the extra mile to teach you on the finer points of customer service and etiquette.

단점:

> Tele-centre Services is an outsource call centre company handling operational contracts from a range of agencies, ministries and industries, based in Singapore. > On-the-job trainings were hastily-arranged without prior notice. > From the first day of your job, your boss and colleagues - except four to five nice people from various departments - had planned to think of all sorts of demoralizing tactics... to shove you out of the call centre's door - despite you have not offended them in any way. Neither feedback nor reason was given about such incidents. > To add salt to the wounds, some of the callers from the general public and government agencies were equally critical when going about their enquiries. If their queries went unanswered, they may feedback to the highest authorities to seek an immediate response. The callers were aware that it may take days, perhaps months for the respective company's customer service personnel to respond to their queries. However the callers persist. > Petty public enquiries such as locating the nearest public service centre - which is searchable through the internet - resulted in a public feedback to the highest political office holder. > There is no form of appreciation from the management - let alone any such goodwill from the clients. > A miserable $alary package. > Need to serve a six months job bond. If broken - due to breach of trust, termination, etc - the employee will need to forfeit his/her month's worth of salary. > As a result, there is a widespread staff turnover.
