This place is not corporate. Sometimes you can hear J.Cole playing from the training rooms, and a high-energy training room. But at the same time, the structure of the company is efficient and goal-oriented. You constantly have people around you who give up their time to help you succeed.In just a few months, I had already gained significant skills in training, management, communication, and public speaking that will follow me throughout my life.You are given opportunities to network with high-level employees of Fortune 500 companies, sometimes even including the CEO. Travel, seminars, conventions all are a light-hearted way to help everyone improve together.
단점:You are promoted quickly, but based on your own outcomes and work.Competitive, but friendly competition.The hours can be long, but after the first month you find yourself coming earlier and staying longer out of your own will.

Excellent. Good communication. Helpful, good environment. Challenging but always willing to help with projects and sales. Open door policy with many meetings.
단점:Wonderful problem of being too busy with expanding responsibilities and creating new business thru searches and referrals. Oversight is a lot but necessary.

단점:They micromanage and stress remaining in your seat while working.

Flexible scheduling, proximity to nice cafes and a Starbucks, they give everyone a chance (including felons, drug addicts, and unprofessional people).
단점:-You are treated like a convict and watched at all times -Restroom breaks are taken out of your pay and can also be grounds for termination -You are given very limited training on various areas but reprimanded if you ask for help, give incorrect information, or sound unsure on the phone -No benefits whatsoever. -You can get in trouble for calling in sick. -Not a professional environment. Expect your personal... items to be stolen, or for someone to threaten you or sexually harass you. -High stress environment followed by long moments of monotony and boredom
