Mostly friendly lower level employees.
단점:This review is for the company's Atlanta office known as "American Customer Service". The local management was incompetent in that they had no idea how to grow a business, that's why they have remained a small company for so long. Very short-sighted management where they were very reluctant to spend on anything to grow the business. The flag-ship application system is still a mostly old Access/VBA application... with lots of mismatching pieces slapped together that has run out of its useful life for a while. The best way to describe the whole application is: unorganized spaghetti code that needs to be rewritten. When it comes to invest and spending in new technology and modernizing the applications, management usually balk. Forget about all the great promises they gave you in the interviews, they lied. They just wanted quick results without spending anything, i.e. they just wanted it for free. Meanwhile, the local IT management would spend lots of time fighting with the IT department at HQ, and it has been going on for years. You would hear many stories about how HQ IT department have been trying to get rid of the local IT department...etc, almost every week. When I tried to implement best practices and proper procedures for the projects systems life cycles, management always seemed reluctant to follow, as they were so used to doing things the old way, i.e. no documentation, no rules, no standards.

Flexible work schedules. Good people that work there.
단점:Lousy top management who are only interested in their egos. Low pay, the raises are so low. Some employees are been there for 10 years making $10/hour. AVOID working with or for this company.

The benefits were awesome. Some of the people were nice!
단점:The Warehouse was nasty, unsafe and extremely disorganized. The morale was extremely low and warehouse management was very unprofessional.

Pleasant colleagues at the staff level. Complete ERP system so that SOP is very clear and concise.
단점:Horrible political issues plaguing overall business strategy; top level management is completely clueless as to the realities of the industry, market, and customer requirements. This is due to both ignorance and lack of transparency from the mid-level management to convey the actual situation. Actual capable employees are helpless as they are severely restricted in what they can do.

단점:the organization and workflow sometimes were a bit chaotic but due to its complex business operation.
