Everyone driving to the same vision - a change for business, a change for consumers, a change for those less fortunate via the charity work; everyone has a stake and everyone has a voice in moving things forward. Are their bumps along the way - definitely, but that's the journey when you're doing things differently. You learn every day.... because no one has ever done this before. It's massive and it's coming together in a big way in 2019.
단점:It's hard. So many moving pieces, but if it wasn't hard it'd be boring. It's all how you look at it and what you want out of a job. You have to want the end game and there are lots of challenges, even full on blockers, but getting through them (and we do) is the fun part.

단점:-leadership is somewhat chaotic -success of the company relies too heavily on buy-in from partners -there's a lack of understanding of how to market the product because the product is often changing -there's an overestimation of the uniqueness and usefulness of the product -truly talented people are recruited into the company, but as soon as they realize how chaotic, unorganized and stubborn leadership is, they... smartly leave for greener pastures -even though the CEO is a woman, culture can be toxic, depending on location -there's quite a bit of 'greenwashing' around the work with charities; a lot of talk, very little action or money changing hands

It's a real team here at TruRating. Everyone supports each other and feels invested in making the business work. There's always something different going on, and while we all work incredibly hard there's an atmosphere of optimism and downright fun in the office every day, which makes it easy to keep pushing yourself. Efforts and results are absolutely rewarded and applauded, and the potential for growth of the... business means we all have lots of opportunities for progression and personal development. Here in the US the holidays and benefits package offered is definitely unusually good - 25 vacation days a year, on top of public holidays - and really helps to maintain a great work/life balance. The best thing for me though is how much the founders/leaders of TruRating trust their team. They treat us all like adults - something I've found other companies pay lip service to, but never really follow through on. I would suggest you come work here if: a) You want to be part of a fast-growing business with potential to be huge; b) You don't mind getting stuck in and working hard; c) You are happy to be part of a team that knows how to have fun (and are all slightly weird at times...). Finally just to add - never do I dread coming in to the office. I can honestly say that the Sunday blues are a thing of the past since I started working here!
단점:It's a fast-growing company, so definitely still learning in terms of how to organize a global team and systems/platforms that will help us scale up and keep communicating as if we're all together in a small office rather than around the globe.

단점:Being a truly global company with a startup mentality doesn't come without its challenges: - Gaining consensus and agreeing on the right path forward can be difficult to due to different market factors and cultural experiences. - Scheduling meetings times and stay connecting can be challenging when trying to coordinate markets across multiple time zones - Some of the day to day tools in place can be frustrating... to use but something that is being evaluated.

After surviving corporate hell, TruRating brought me back to life. I look forward to going to work every single day. Every employee has a stake in the success of the company, so there is a constant camaraderie amongst the team. Everyone is pulling together in the same direction, working toward building the best company we possibly can. I really enjoy the varied types of work that I get to do. Employees are not... boxed in by a job title, but rather management sees each person's strengths and uses them accordingly. My passions are varied, yet I have the chance to enjoy many of them through my work here at TruRating. The culture here is unmatched. We definitely live by the mantra "work hard, play hard." Near weekly celebrations are not uncommon, whether it be a team member's birthday, a company milestone, or a random holiday like National Grilled Cheese Day. The work atmosphere itself is also a big part of what makes TruRating so special. Open-concept workspace, plenty of natural light, and a kitchen that's always stocked with fresh fruit and other goodies are just a few of the things that make TruRating unique. For me, the best part about working at TruRating is the company's philanthropic spirit. Each office supports three charities in both a monetary and a hands-on capacity. Working with people who exude the same passion I do for charitable endeavors is so meaningful. At the forefront of this zealous outlook is CEO Georgina Nelson, who is an all-around amazing woman. She works incredibly hard, yet always takes time to ensure her employees are happy.
단점:If you are looking for a 9-5, Monday-Friday job, this is not the place for you. I love startup life. You live and breathe your passion for a company you are helping to create. It's an amazing feeling to be a part of something like TruRating. This sometimes means you will be working late nights or weekends, which isn't something everyone is comfortable with. If, however, the idea of a fast-paced, energetic job... excites you, TruRating is the place for you.

- Awesome company culture with lots of opportunities for growth; - Amazing people and most importantly a people-first focused company- they care about you as an individual and you're appreciated for the work you do; - Love that at office you can feel like home; - We have a lovely dog :) - I worked for corporate before and when changed to a startup I was afraid that I will have to work extra hours and get... overwhelmed, but I've got the best work and life balance :) - Our CEO is a wonderful person, great leader and such an inspiration. Here at TruRating there are no bosses! Everyone is a leader! The management lead by example and have always kept a friendly approach. You are trusted with responsibilities where help and support are always in place. You can continue to learn, learn and learn. The positive environment is a huge motivational factor here where everyone is like a family. This is what makes me go that extra mile where the management... appreciates your effort!
단점:Sometimes you can find yourself overloaded with multiple tasks. Yes this is a challenge but can be tackled by being highly organized.

An amazing product that gets millions of consumers giving feedback on companies at rates that just don’t exist anywhere else. A huge number of opportunities to use the data and technology to help businesses, consumers and other third parties to make better decisions and improve services. A company with a huge amount of integrity to do the right thing, to treat people with respect and to protect consumer’s privacy.... Not the usual mission statement stuff but the foundations on which really difficult decisions have been made. A friendly, supportive, flexible and fun working environment where everyone wants to succeed and celebrate as a team. Great clients and a huge number of exciting prospects for 2019 that are going to help us to be huge and global.
단점:So much opportunity and work to do that it can feel chaotic most of the time. Still a small company so not enough resources to get everything that needs to be done completed at once which can be frustrating. Still too many tempting snacks in the kitchen.

TruRating is disrupting a very old and complacent customer feedback and insight space. The speed of the change and passion for what we are doing is really exciting.
단점:Sometimes the physical distance between our offices makes cohesion a little more challenging but we are getting better at it!

Great concept, solid technical, product and development teams, generous packages and benefits, positive people.
단점:The leadership team do not like or accept feedback unless it’s positive and validating the original concept. This makes it challenging for customers and employees to offer constructive feedback or deliver anything other than good news. There is also a tendency to over-promise making it difficult for the fulfillment teams to deliver on expectations. Easy fixes for a brighter future.

Breaking new ground on a unique product offering is always exciting for any sale person, especially one that offers such an innovative solution. The team I worked with were dedicated and very professional, learning a lot working with them. Have some good long-term friendships from the experience.
단점:Senior management too knee-jerk, lacking clear direction and wasteful of resources. Some missed big opportunities that could have lead to long-term success/ stability.

Great concept, clear user benefits. Some really great people in the company who have helped build the business to where it is now. Enjoyable working environment.
단점:Poor leadership. Run by ex lawyer with limited managerial experience. Lacking focus and direction to effectively establish the basics or listen to field experts, so makes basic mistakes and doesn't learning from past ones.

TruRating feels like a family. We're in it together and it's a very supportive place. Being a small startup, you get to know everyone .. and everyone knows you. The atmosphere is relaxed but focused.
단점:As a growing business things change almost constantly. You have to be prepared to adapt, to chip in, to figure stuff out for yourself where needed.

A really open work culture, not hierarchical at all. Genuinely innovative concept that people just 'get' when you explain it. Great people to work with, everyone is driven, and willing to help each other to get the job done. Autonomy to get the job done how you see fit and flexible working. Plus, all the fun stuff: Beer fridge on a Friday, casual dress, birthday cakes the office Sonos and really great parties!
단점:The usual often seen within an earlier stage business. We are still figuring out what is realistic in terms of goals, and the feeling that everything can happen all at once can often result in a lack of clear prioritisation.

TruRating really care about their staff and hence provide great work environments for the staff to perform to the best of their abilities. Employees are not micro managed and in general have the autonomy to really make the role their own. The culture that has been created is second to none. The Company is really trying to make a difference in the World and as a result it feels great to be a part of something that... is new and exciting.
단점:With offices globally there will be times when you may have to jump on a call late in the evening or really early in the morning, but these tend to be infrequent.

So POSITIVE! That’s how I describe my journey so far at TruRating. If we think of it, our place of work is where we spend most of our time and our colleagues are our family, we haven’t really chosen them but they are part of our lives. Therefore, enjoying what we’re doing is the key for success. I am able to find all of this at TruRating. People are so welcoming, talkative, funny and interesting. We feel like we´re... all part of a project, a common ambition, everyone’s ideas are considered, integrated. There’s room for questions or suggestions, no matter if you’re a younger or senior member of the team. It’s challenging, every day and that’s how we make it: creative, ambitious, innovative. Trurating, if I rated you, it’d be a 9!
단점:It is still a small company in terms of number of employees (though it is not necessarily a negative aspect).

단점:Sometimes team catch ups start later than expected which means the wine drinking time on Friday is on hold until the ungodly time of 5. :)
