Great team and environment. Learnt some much over the years. Got to travel to alot of locations all over Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Decent pay and 2 week off at Christmas each year.
단점:Need to perform all the time.

단점:- An incredibly demotivating environment to work in - Salary will be deducted if you are late to work, even for a minute - Managers are not understanding and demeaning - No annual leave - Computers are terribly slow - Micromanaging at its worst - Not allowed to talk/laugh during office hours

Location that is near to transportation hub
단점:Minimum benefits e.g. 8 days annual leave for the first 2years and can go up to 16 days only if you work more than 5 years??? NO MEDICAL INSURANCE. VERY LOW OUTPATIENT COVERAGE. They are desperate for people since they have high employee turnover. they will offer you immediately. P/S: ASK THEM FOR A FULL AGREEMENT AND NOT A 1 PAGE AGREEMENT. MICROMANAGE MANAGEMENT (OWNED BY HUSBAND AND WIFE)

Honestly none. In other words, it SUCKS.
단점:1) They will DUPE you into accepting the position of a conference producer because honestly no one wants to work as one. Very very high turnover rate. They will advertise non-existent positions on Jobstreet only to attract potential employees. After you accept the offer they will make you do production. Not like the sales & other depts are better anyway. 2) You have to call and call, and literally spam people's... email inbox just to invite them to speak. All you have to do is call and beg. This is crazy. 3) Non-functional HR. Mind you they never will ask for your degree certs and IC before accepting you in as a staff. They don't care who works for them, as long as you hit their unrealistic KPIs. No proper HR dept with only 20 ppl working there including HR. 4) No paid leaves. 5) Literally zero benefits. 6) Work environment sucks. No proper lights. The "office" is very dull. Not properly renovated. Work environment is very unprofessional. 7) Higher management sucks. They are basically running a circus show.

단점:Everything! Selfish upper management. You don’t get help if you’re new, micromanaging to a high level. Cold calls all day everyday, even if your position title sounds fancy. Think twice.

I had four amazing years with the nicest of people to work with.
단점:THE WORST TOP MANAGEMENT Not willing to listen or hear out to employees, constantly shooting down employee ideas, constant change of mind, and operates on irrational fear. Unnecessary long hours of meetings which affects productivity of employees. Quick to blame you for mistakes, but rarely express gratitude when you succeed. Only focuses only on the bottom line, with impossible KPI set; overworking the... employees. - The producers cannot maintain the pace or stand the pressure, and they burn out. Those employees either quit or they start underperforming, which creates a domino effect onto the team. Treating employees like replaceable commodities - Employees are discarded at the first sign of struggle without proper training given to do the job or any room for improvement given. Little to zero care on staff welfare – they go by the minimum set in the employment law. You are only entitled for your paid leave after one year of employment, any leave in between would be unpaid. The company shuts down last week of the year in December, and new employees are ‘forced’ to take these days off under unpaid basis. Partial treatment for different departments exist under one director - Production is of course treated the worst, with zero appreciation and maximum criticism.

I worked at Tru Group for 18 months-learnt alot. Very fast paced. They do alot of office activities. I got to travel to a few countries whilst i was there.
단점:Benefits only earnt over time worked there. Not immediate. Need new PCs.

Assigned different types of conferences to produce (from different industry), you will get to learn a whole lot about the updates and news on industries you would otherwise probably would not know about. You get to meet new people, learn to talk to C-level management, carry out events and travel.
단점:Management, for the lack of a better word, sucks. No respect is given and more importantly, you are not eligible for any benefits for the first year. Your wellbeing is overlooked and because everyone pretends it is fine, you will look like the one who couldn't handle the pressure.

The learning curve is exponential at first, you get to know and understand different industries. You get to improve your communication skill. You get to travel. Good place for fresh grad, because once you’ve worked with a bad company, no other companies will dissapoint you.
단점:The learning curve is super steep, you're expected to understand an industry and know your target market in 1 day. The KPI is crazy, you're expected to call and call and call, even though the job title and the job description sounds fancy, all they expect you to do is pick up the phone and call till you reach your daily call target. Your learning curve will turn into a plateau at some point. No benefits, bad company... policy. The working environment can be demotivating at times.

Good work-life balance. Most leave at 5.30am. You will improve your corporate communication skills as you will be speaking to a lot of people on the phone.
단점:High turnover. Not a properly structured company with little-to-no benefits. Boring , repetitive job. Old computers.

A good company to kickstart your career with enriching work experience. Fast paced, open floor concept. Great training process that gives you a foundational set of skills that will translate to whatever comes next on your own path; from program research, to copywriting, communicating with high level executives, negotiating terms, keeping different balls up in the air, having a great control on the flow of the event... and frequent travel perks. Everyone starts at the entry level and is only promoted from within. Personally, I achieved management in less than two years and though the workload can be overwhelming, I do enjoy what I do! Compensation and advancement very much weighted toward performance helps to make you feel like you're not just 'showing up', but have the ability to control your own success. Being pushed to grow with the company and being part of the ride.
단점:Work/life balance can be hard to juggle if you don't excel in fast-paced work environment.

You learn to talk to C-level directors of multiple companies
단점:The management - from top to bottom, they won't be afraid to harass you. Will try their best to rip you off as well. Crazy hours, heart-attack inducing- work environment, and your work won't be appreciated at all.

I'm happy with Basic Salary plus Commission. I really learned a lot. Fresh Grads should try to work here. You will learn how to handle stress and emotion.
단점:There's a lot of rules. Some program is hard to sell. Commission rate goes down.

You will develop resourcefulness as it's a matter of survival and not being fired on the spot for petty reason. You will learn to develop a thick face after potential CEO meet your bosses and said to your face, " Your boss doesn't seem to be knowledgeable at all and seem arrogant."
단점:The boss will not hesitate to humiliate my colleague by email by CC-ing to everyone else in the production room. Even if you complete a project on time, they will not hesitate to push another new project to you with another cut off deadline. I fall sick after being pushed to the maximum and working until late night. The production colleagues are very unhelpful. They like to ask colleague to join team project but... have the whole 100% commission to themselves. There is no teamwork and information sharing when we are ask to recycle conference topics. All in all, if you can survive in a toxic environment here, working in Fortune 500 companies is a piece of cake ( no exaggeration). Many of my good Chinese colleagues got cheated of their commission and proceed to resign after they couldn't wait anymore to get their commission more than 6 months. One of my colleague got cheated RM 10 k commission. If the management want to bring it to the court, my female colleague will be more delighted to stand in front of the Malaysian court and sue them back.
