- Asian staff hard working - Some managers are good
단점:- No overtime is paid to any employee. Law allows 8 hours but majority of asian staff works for 10-11 hours daily without overtime. - Labor at camps apart from 1 location stay in slavery conditions with dirty toilets and unhygienic conditions. - Most of the labor at camps suffer regularly from leprosy, chicken pox and other contaminating diseases due to poor hygienic conditions and bad food - Basic salaries of... all staff are so low that it can be compared to modern slavery. - Most of the management is british and extremely racist - hires plumbers, bar dancers, carpenters and people with no experience as account managers and senior managers. Result is that these people get promoted every 1-2 years while others slog and get demotivated. - Most of the companies using transguard staff have obviously no moral sense and it is surprising how they use staff for 12 hours at less than 50 cents per hour. Shameful.

단점:Large company with acquisitions to make the company even better has to come with some growing pains, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Everything I see the company doing is to the betterment all of us and the company/clients we work with around the world. Trying to teach us old dogs new tricks!

단점:Professionals can never thrive here, this is a place where nepotism rules roost, if u r frm UK u can reach places, or u need to know the right people, else u r scrwed. Truck drivers and security guards who r college nd high school drop outs become senior managers here just because they worked here for 8+ years, which obviously reflects in the quality of their work. Professionals who attempt to rise are beaten down,... socially ostracized, smoked out when they gain attention and before they progress.

Tries to be a multinational but in reality a 2 bit, back street outfit with poor work conditions, low salaries, some staff no payrises or increments for over 6 years. Camps are illegally overcrowded, staff are not fed. Leaders no interest in workforce.
