Salary compensation for MBA is Fair. For freshers salary is good but do not consider to settle. PAN INDIA presence in India and abroad. No Work Pressure whatsoever. No employee gets fired because of no Firing Policy of TCI.
단점:No corporate culture. Poor work environment. Learn own your own. Will never be stationed to live and work near your domicile state so that you cannot run and apply to another company the next day you find out this truth about company. Company kills your inner drive and ambition and seems to happen that if you have worked in this company your self esteem shrinks so much that you can only continue to work in this... company and never challenge yourself. Company will keep transferring you all over India even if you are due to retire next year.
