단점:There really isn't anything bad to say about Vocanic. It was truly a fantastic place to work at.

Open culture, spacious office, part of the GroupM group. Good client list
단점:Part of the GroupM group, parking issues in office, high turnover of staff , , understaffing. In 2015 plenty left the company. I think this is more than the usual amount . There is a tug of war between the direction it should go, among upper mgmt which is the GroupM bosses and the Vocanic bosses.

The people are all super friendly, welcoming and helpful; they all took the time to explain each task to make sure we understood what needed to be done, and to ensure that we were learning something about the industry as well. It was also easy to collaborate with people in other teams.
단점:Working with offices in different places (and time zones) occasionally made tasks a little difficult.

Good colleagues (made some lifelong friends here), great startup culture, worked with some of the most innovative and creative people here, afterwork drinks.
단점:Too much work after GroupM acquisitiin. At some point, all of the project & community managers were leaving past midnight every day for many many months. Office politics run high Not so great pay

Plenty of opportunities to learn about the industry, and to work with the biggest brands in the industry.
단점:Required a whole lot of independence and initiative to learn and adapt. You're mostly required to work on multiple disciplines and while this allows you to be exposed to a myriad of skills, you'll struggle to find the time to focus on how to do things well.
