I started about a year ago and like the close family atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and I can get help when I need it.
단점:I heard there were bonuses and profit sharing last year so I hope that happens again, but I'd like to make more money now.

I received a weekly paycheck to help pay my bills. Some of my co-workers were very nice.
단점:Poor Management. No raises. Low salaries. Non-existent training. Employee's are not treated as valuable.

Great employees; Valtim is able to succeed on the hard work and dedication of employees - in spite of management
단점:Poor pay; No raises; Revolving door with high turn over of employees; Worst corporate culture and employee satisfaction that I have ever seen.

DO some things well in spite of themselves based on employees and leadership (no longer there) that built the foundation.
단점:No current leadership in sales and ownership that know how to lead and/or manage -- just a matter of time before they emplode

Paid over minimum wage, and they worked with setting up a schedule that fit my school schedule.
단점:Very slow at adapting, and not a lot of excitement. Call center turnover was extremely high. No incentives to perform better except to not get deducted points.

Full-time was easy to get and hang onto, ample breaks were incorporated into the daily schedule.
단점:Poor employee benefit packages, no chance of pay increase, no incentive packages for employees.
