Small company so cross-group work collaboration is common. Good exposure to the Visanet and PCI-DSS network related compliancy requirements. Wide exposure to various vendor equipment such as Cisco routers, Netgear switches, HP servers, storage raid, load balancers and firewalls. Close connection with Dai Nippon Printing allows for business networking. Possibly a suitable position for a new graduate with no... experience and low salary and employment duration requirements. Fairly good work-life balance compared to many other Japanese companies.
단점:Below average compensation. Company has a policy to hire for 3 months probation period with clear guidelines on moving to a full time position, however these guidelines are not enforced even if they are met by the new employee. Existing contractors are not extended, and new contractors are coming in constantly (revolving door). Existing network and procedure documentation is incomplete and out of date. Poor job... description leads to misunderstandings on expected duties leading to general confusion amongst groups. Meetings held too often, and attendees often sit with no interaction cutting into productive work time. Ownership of specific areas and duties are not clearly defined, leading to substandard SLA response times. Serious compliance issues with PCI-DSS. Very slow moving management in terms of capital spending to support required systems. No company policies publicly available for staff. No new staff training orientation process or documentation exists.
