It is a great place to establish a strong marketing foundation and thinking. I have learned so much from my senior management and my peers. Projects are also challenging and fun. The best thing about Vitamins is its culture. Everybody is very friendly, smart and casual which makes the vibe really cool. The company trip is always fun.
단점:Not a lot of cons. There are times when we have to handle multiple projects which makes our lives miserable from time to time, but I think that is also a part of learning as well. Lately, there have been an increasing trend of people leaving the company which makes the overall atmosphere for existing employees demotivated.

Receive daily mentoring/training on your assignments to help you foster your branding expertise. Great working culture where everyone wants you to be successful. No politics whatsoever. Great management team with vast experience in the FMCG world
단점:Driving to the office is difficult because too much traffic in the city center. If you dont plan the timing of your work properly, it might consume too much of your weekend time (but that's applicable anywhere)
