I really enjoyed working at Vizeum The people I worked with there are incredibly smart, caring, and have become lifelong friends outside of work. The office in Tribeca is great and the amenities are wonderful (cold brew and beer on tap, espresso machines, accessible to many trains, close to Chinatown and Soho, many office events throughout the year, great holiday party, etc)
단점:I was there during an interesting time when the company was semi-absorbed by 360i. The transition was very rough. There were a lot of promises about transitioning between accounts, opportunities to grow in roles, and a lot talk about valuing upwards growth (but it hardly ever happened). There is a distinct divide between 360i employees and Vizeum employees even though we shared the same space. It became clear that Vizeum was inferior: we were hardly ever acknowledged during company-wide meetings, there weren't a lot of opportunities to integrate work with other teams within 360i, and our upper management seemed more interested in their own integration into 360i rather than ensuring the vitality of existing Vizeum teams (a lot of higher level people transitioned to 360i accounts while leaving Vizeum accounts short-staffed for months to years, with the promise that we'll eventually find someone).

Small, start-up type feel. This gives you the flexibility to be creative and opportunity for upward mobility.
단점:Resources are slim. Vizeum is the "sister agency" to bigger and more prominent "sister" Carat. Vizeum is lacking in resources and staff. This is a chronic issue across all accounts.

The people that work there are amazingly talented but the management is not paying enough attention to them. Lovely spirit and friendly people, professional teams with loads of opportunity to have fun.
단점:Unless you fight for your rights you won't get it. You need to fight for a promotion, a raise and recognition. Unless you speak up and do a formal complaint no one will pay attention to your problems even if HR is aware of it. In my experience this company was unfair to some of its employees with some unjustified firing.
