I've been at Velocity for a year now. It was my first full-time position after graduating from college. The company is growing in many ways, and it's pretty exciting to be a part of that. They've also provided me the opportunity to grow professionally from an admin role to a recruiter. There's weekly recruitment training/meetings which helps me continue to grow in my career. The culture here is great (snacks, occasional lunches, fantasy football etc.), and it really feels like a team on all levels.
단점:The call loads can be stressful at times. However, the team works together to pull through the heavier days.

Velocity is a company (family) that truly values their culture, employees and Clients. The amount of support that’s given to employees entering a new field like myself, is extraordinary. I truly enjoy going to work, everyday! Our culture is the best that I’ve ever been apart of, and the amount of support from not only other colleagues, but management as well, is something that I’m extremely grateful for. We’re a... family, extremely supportive of one another, and we have a strong ‘team’ culture, which helps drive a successful company.
단점:There’s nothing I can say, that’s a con about Velocity.

The company culture is awesome. Velocity is a company that everyone works hard and gets rewarded for it. Easy to share thoughts and ideas to upper management. One of my favorite things is getting out early on Fridays! Perfect fit for motivated self starters looking for great career growth.
단점:I don't have much to add.

The health Insurance is great! PPO
단점:The place has low morale, strenuous work environment, and management that asks too many personal questions. I was asked several times due to my resume being posted on Linked In if I was "looking elsewhere for better opportunities". I think it's pretty hypocritical since for our job we are basically presenting new opportunities to people. They also have an arduous handbook and late policy. Totally unrealistic... expectations. I was also totally put off by how much they micro manage employees---have to ask for everything, including lunch time!

Leaving at 4 on Fridays. Overall it's a fun group to work with. Interview process is a breeze. The work itself is easy---just draining and repetitive.
단점:This place is a joke, seriously. Stay away. Management here is awful. No break room. Phone line isn't good either.

This place has an excellent work environment; everyone is supportive and kind, including upper management. They all want everyone to succeed and thrive because that's what helps the company thrive.
단점:The days can feel long, but it's usually manageable.

I've been with Velocity for around a half a year and I have already been promoted. This company values work ethic and ability more than anything. If you can go beyond your job description and help the business out (even in the smallest ways), it will be noticed. The work environment is relaxed yet professional. Doors are always open here and management goes out of their way to make sure that every employee is... comfortable. Leadership does not hesitate to help out in any way they can, from top to bottom. If you have great interpersonal skills, you will thrive here.
단점:On occasion there will be a day where you have to stay late, but these are few and far between.

Great "team environment". Management does a great job of steering you towards success and celebrating with you once you reach that success. You feel appreciated as a member of this family. Makes you feel excited to come in every morning.
단점:I do not have any Cons for working here.

I have been working for Velocity for the past two years and I have enjoyed every bit of it. The teamwork here is unlike any in the industry. The company continues to add people and as long as you work hard, you can achieve huge success and growth within the company.
단점:There is an increased workload at times, however, if you need help, just communicate with your boss and the workload will be reduced.

I started my career at Velocity about 3 years ago now and love it. Our organization is growing rapidly and we have been adding new employees every month for the last few months. The culture here is great and the work-life balance is also superb. Its exciting to be part of a company that is rapidly growing and cares for its employees!
단점:The workload can be heavy at times but you have plenty of support to help achieve your goals.

Great team based enviroment.I truly look forward to coming to work each day. The company is growing rapidly so there is a lot of room for growth and opportunity. The compensation is very competitive. The owners of the company truly care about the employees and are constantly offering positive reinforcement. Management has an open door policy where employees ideas and insight are welcomed. This is the most positive... enviroment I have ever worked in!
단점:This position is call center, so don't go for this job if you don' t like being on the phones every day.
