1. You will get to learn lots of technologies 2. If you work well you will definitively be know and be give what you deserve 3. You will get short team or even long term opportunity to visit client place it does not depends in your years of exp but it depends on you ability only . 4. The most important point is management hear you voice you does not need to have a designation to speak even the top level... management hears you word and if its right you will or everyone will get what you asked for . [ Please be like this dont change ] 5. People are friendly and they will be ready to help
단점:Every where you face this if you get a good manager your life will be eased like wise if you have the metal you will not be disturbed more because people need you to work in existing and new project endeavor Sometimes we feel work / Life balance is not got but it happens only when you get a new project and until the new resource is trained [ This should not be a cons as in all org we have to face it ]

Great work life balance, can be very busy or not that busy, never continuously busy, room for studying product more, continuous contact with colleagues around world means pool of knowledge available, option to use the Ogilvy office in Sea Containers building which is a great office with loads of benefits such as medical coverage
단점:As its remote working sometimes days of never seeing anyone, which is great if you have a family to look after at home

단점:You will gothrough pain when taking up challenging projects. As company is growing fast and type of projects handled are very unique, very minimal expertise is available in the market hence you have to be ready to build your own team quickly.
