I worked for almost 3 years with U3 infotech. It's second family for any employee. All account mangers in Singapore & floor mangers in India & HR are so supportive. They always think positively for employees. Even Director is also really very supportive tries to listen employees problem & help them to solve that in very positive way. I will be missing U3 family. Wishing all success & luck to U3 team.
단점:Less employee engagement activities are conducted.

Ive been working @ U3 for almost 10 yrs and never had a single problem renewing my pass. All of the staff are very accomodating. The boss are very kind. They know how to take care of their employee.
단점:No cons for me.

Working with U3 Infotech was definitely a great opportunity. It is more employee friendly and the HR and the Floor manager are always responsible for the employee career growth.Great HR support when it comes to any issue, very supportive and cooperating.Lucky to be a part of a great team. Friendly environment. And the best part is salary always on time.
단점:Need to make some infrastructure change.

Everyone from the top down really treat you with respect, they care about you as an individual and truly are interested in your success! Very flexible working culture. Great opportunity to learn and explore new area of business beyond the profile. Great HR support when it comes to any issue, very supportive and cooperating.

Joined with U3 as a Senior Data Center Engineer. Pleasantly surprised as U3 has organised an external training for me and my colleague, which I was not expecting it, and the training is a very useful in my day to day work. I found HR and account manager are professional and supportive. I liked their forthright and truthful approach while engaging me. I am happy with them.

Positive & healthy work environment , Management & HR is very supportive. People friendly management. There are various engagement activities such as Cricket event , birthday celebrations etc.
단점:No cons during my tenure.

HR and Floor Manager is doing great job honestly. Good supportive environment. Floor Manager has intense experience in recruitment especially Singapore and Apac and always supportive and always guide as if how to manage things of demanding managements. I honestly learned alot how to handle tough, and demanding managers. Learned to manage challenging environment. Very good management style by HR and Recruitment... Manager. Very good colleagues and miss them. Overall very good place to learn, trainings, and explore new market.
단점:Nothing on negative but yes be fair on and improve on incentives. 7 medical leaves in a year is really really less. Benefits are very limited as compared to other companies in India and in this challenges receiving minimum or no incentives becomes unfairly.

Healthy Environment, flexibility to work, Salaries are always on time, Finance team is good.
단점: Favoritism towards male employees HR in India office is not upto the mark Backstabbing Management and some favorite people of the company will always have doubts on you. People ( favorite of management) working with you will listen your problem, issue and then gossip it with the HR, finance and management team.

No pros* It's a very small setup.
단점:No incentives at all . It's a family business. So they only think of their profits. Pathetic work culture. The MD promises a lot....but never delivers. Not a good company to grow. They will make you work but no one have ever received any incentives. Don't trust the MD. He would give you flowery pictures of everything and would do nothing.

Had worked with U3 Infotech for 4.4 years on very interesting projects with their clients. My experience with them was professional & friendly. Received competitive salary & benefits Received well-timely advice on my personal problem, which was affecting my work & personal life
