단점:Upper management is unfair to employees and incompetent in Accounting department. A/R Employees take advantage of terrible management by not working, leaving for hours, adhering to personal errands while on the clock, etc. No upward mobility

Absolutely nothing that I can even speak on.
단점:Management is terrible in Accounting department, no common sense or any experience in Management. Employees seem very angry and unhappy to be there, complain on a daily basis. Seems that the same workers have been there for many years and don't like change. Pay is not competitive, benefits are the worst, no room for growth and environment is toxic. I would recommend running the other way instead of working here. I... would bot recommend not even to my enemy. Stay clear of UMS Group!

On day 1 of my internship, I have been assigned a supervisor. He gave me a variety of interesting tasks with increasing responsibility throughout the internship. The managing director at the Europe Hub additionally gave me further tasks I was progressing, keeping the work varied, interesting and engaging. It was a great opportunity to learn about the emerging markets in the energy industry, gain work experience and... network. Also, individual attention from my supervisor and various hub-leaders has been great, helping me with my projects throughout. Very much recommended.
단점:The work in Europe (London) is largely home-working, so it takes a lot of self-discipline, and there isn't that much person-to-person interaction. If especially for recent graduates a system can be implemented whereby employees work with other people (even outside the company) more, that would be great.

There is a lot of experience and knowledge in the company. UMS Group has a very positive reputation in the European energy sector. This sector is due to the energy transition very interesting.
단점:Because of the high extend of experience and expertise in the company, the average age is reasonably high and some of their ways might be slightly old fashioned.
