You can't get fired. Many of the staff are really great people & I miss them dearly.
단점:Horrible pay. Big boys club. Don't build people up for success. They bleed you dry and take advantage of your time for the lowest possible $$$ amount. Discourage you from growing, perhaps to secure their own job out of insecurity. Extremely sexist. Never seen before to this extent at any other workplace. Women can say whatever they want to men no matter how vulgar, mean or disruptive to the flow of the business. If you're a man though you better watch what you say. Extreme double standard.

The company is growing extremely fast and there is a lot of opportunity to move up if you work hard for it. A lot of the middle management is pretty young. You also get to work directly with some of biggest corporations in Canada, which is cool.
단점:Company is growing so fast and acquiring other smaller companies it can seem a bit chaotic at times. I think it’s like an organized chaos, but I could tell while I was there it was frustrating to some.

You won’t get anything here that you won’t get anywhere else.
단점:Where do I start? The other reviews citing racism or sexism are dead-on. Many have tried to bring this up to the management and beyond, only to be shot down. There’s a large element of anti-youth coming from the management, or maybe that’s their way of dismissing your request for trying to be paid what you’re worth. Management doesn’t manage — their priority #1 is to hastily ship out garments at all costs. Many of Unisync’s problems with disorganization could be quelled with simple planning and awareness of how their systems work. You’re not set up to succeed in any capacity. Training here is minimal at best and the person training you is often undertrained themselves. The only feedback you get is when you do something wrong. Did I mention the pay is meagre? The office is underpaid. The warehouse is underpaid. This job is NOT worth what they pay you. Go somewhere else.

Good work in an air conditioned office, friendly coworkers, supervisors and management, kept the feel of the smaller company it was before
단점:limited opportunity to move up, many coworkers much older than myself, new mandatory benefits taken off pay check

Great place to learn, Management does really try to have an open door policy. Good pay and benefits. . Great people to work with on the whole. Good place to make contacts.
단점:HR can be a bit of a gossip with staff. Difficult to move up in company unless you push.
