End work on time. Spacious working environment.
단점:No career progression- i.e can work for 15 years and no promotion at all (no reason given). Management not sympathetic to staff- can fire you on the spot if they are unhappy with you (no second chances, no explanation given). Very quiet environment (no one dares to talk, how to have good bonding with teams?)

Got a gym and karaoke room. Will on and off organise supermarket tours, aerobics class, cooking lesson etc.
단점:Huge change in management after acquisition of WBL. Alot of staff were force to leave.

Was given real engineering work to do while doing my internship at United Engineers. I felt like I made a necessary contributions during my time there. Paid me Overtime pay for the weekends I had to work due to events.
단점:Sometimes it felt like the company gave too much responsibility to an intern, even though there were mentors to guide me along and make sure I did not screw up

Young and dynamic workforce. Free parking lot. Generally no OTs, end work on time and some colleagues even left early. Good stepping stone to move else where.
단점:Very slow in claim processes. Employees feedbacks are useless. Low pay. Inefficient and time wasting monthly meetings. High turnover rate.
