Excellent work environment with motivating team leaders. Plenty of support in the office and surrounding team members are always positive, reinforcing, and supportive.
단점:Slightly monotonous work, but all in the greater goal of getting patient medical claims paid. You can't expect a life of glamorous work in medical claims.
