Work life balance, relaxed, do different projects in different on-site companies
단점:not much to learn, too enterprise technology focused. not very competitive. some politics. team not very nice, well it depends on which team you are in. switch around too many projects due to lack of people.

Some PM and ROs are extremely capable and can genuinely work with you as a person instead of as just a company headcount. Can learn a lot both in terms of technical skills and management skills. Company have very capable technical consultants. Technical knowledge is freely shared Help is rendered willingly, positive learning environment Some capable managers will lead by example and not just give instructions... from behind They give pointers and genuinely want you to grow Colleagues are very friendly and helpful Easy to get along with Very low amount of politics Company willing to explore technologies and methodologies. Some projects are still product based rather than building from scratch, depending on client needs May or may not have work life balance, depending on your project PM will try their best to give you work life balance as much as possible. But sometimes at a stretch of many months, it is not possible due to resource issue. But they genuinely have your interest at heart and strive for your well being.
단점:Way below market salary bonus and benefits. Company announced to be doing well but increment was two digits SE, SSE and Leads are easily paid better elsewhere. Understand it's not easy to run a business and make profit but similarly employees also have the future of their aging families to think of...

Supportive college, always willing to help
단점:Stingy managers, nobody cares about employee benefits and happiness, all they cares about is profits. Promotion are made as a temporary solution only when somebody want to quit. Salary is low, bonus is divided into 3 parts, and you need to stay until October to receiver all of them. Middle level managers are bad, Upper level managers are even worse. No trust between managers and employees.

단점:Low efficient project management. Many staffs stationed out. No sense of belonging. Very low pay compared to industry average. Lots of OT. High demand of your time. People need to work long hours. even 24 hours during delivery period.
