Professional Development. The company offers a lot of training opportunities. Both Internal and External Executive Management works just as hard as everyone else. They do not have that "air" about them that some Execs have. Often, newer employees do not know they are the CEO and Exec VP. Flexible schedule I love the fact that everyone is treated like adults. Unless required by their specific Project/customer..., there are no 'set' hours The culture here feels more like 'family'.
단점:Because it is a popular place to work, it tends to get a bit over crowded. Expect to be seated with 1-2 other employees that may not relate to your position. There are very few window offices; making the offices feel 'stuffy' inside. not enough natural light.

A lot of trust to employees and integrity is given back from employees. No micromanaging, work from home depending on position, and recognition for exceptional performance. They welcome new ideas and treated very fairly. Company thrives on process improvement and care about the well being of their employees.
단점:No major concerns since being employed here but just like any company, their is always room for improvement. Seating is a little congested in some areas but company is working on it.

Great work environment with great people to help develop a budding career. Flexible hours allow for accommodation of most schedules and allow for furthering education.
단점:Management structure is a little tough to understand as it works on a tier based systems with a split between business and technical backgrounds.

The compensation is awesome, the benefits are employee focused and annually reviewed, and the high work ethic is to meet or exceed customer requirements.
단점:Economy makes it tough but thoughtful yet painful changes are necessary to make the company more viable in the long run. Changes are hard but everyone has to shoulder some of the tightening measures.

Nice people. Great place to hang around and get a paycheck for doing very little. Good at supporting Navy.
단점:Typical government contractor with work that is repetitive, monotonous, and unproductive. Efforts to get into non-government work are micromanaged by CEO. He will drive you crazy!

The best at work / life balance that I've seen or experienced. Most companies say they have a great atmosphere but somehow fail or lack the necessary vehicle to carry out or promote the atmosphere other than offering lip service. Work from home..treated like a true professional Great attention to employee development through paid certification opps, education reimbursement. Have dedicated "director level"... managers whose main purpose is to handle employees who are on the various projects so problems and frustrations have a tendency to get resolved professionally and quickly
단점:Need new office. We've pretty much have already outgrown the office. Also need more parking spaces but that 's due to the growth that's taken place.
