단점:owner left a kid in charge of the whole branch and within 9 months business went under. the kid in charge cried like a baby everyday for the last 2 months. Gave us a severance, but if we missed a day we didn't get the severance. pathetic.

Product and services were great.
단점:Management and employees were horrible. Rude. Depressed and verbally abusive. I can say there were two people who was nice and actually knew their job but sadly they were treated bad. I guess it’s because they were great at their job. People would cry from the abuse. Insane place to work. Never again.

You get to work in a startup environment which although challenging you really do learn a ton about the industry.
단점:Language barrier by far. The parent company is in Japan and it was hard to communicate and constantly be on the same page. You never really understood expectations. The CEO was out of his mind. Terrible communicator and incredibly rude.

Good benefits, competitive salary, matching 401K, free snacks and occasional lunches
단점:I spent nearly a year working for XCom Global before leaving due to hostile management and a sour work environment. The company is slowly going bankrupt and there is little hope of moving forward, causing upper management to be in an angry, vindictive mood most of the time. The company is headquartered in Japan with a small satellite office in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego. Their systems are antiquated... and inefficient, having been developed by Japanese engineers that outsourced the work to developers in India (neither of which spoke fluent English). There are routine system crashes that can make productivity seem almost impossible at times. Once the entire system went down for nearly 2 weeks and we could not make any sales or progress during that time. These conditions create an environment of discontent around the office. Most employees have very little respect for each other or management, management has little respect for employees, and cooperation between anyone is rare. The only thing people look forward to is leaving at the end of the day. After I resigned, the company refused to provide me with my final paycheck or statement of wages. The case was brought to the Labor Commissioner's office where it was successfully resolved.

Your work place is middle of Tokyo, that's it.
단점:Everything is collapsed there. Long hours work, no overtime pay, managers are all insane. I used to work over 12 hours and still they complained that I didn't work enough.
