Worked here for almost a year, no one grows and there is no investment in employees being successful.
단점:The managers are all out to get the most work out of you but if you want to make more or do more you just have to leave the company.

Working with Microsoft internal teams and learning from the Microsoft community was a big plus. Also, there was a lot of freedom to be creative since upper management lacks expertise or leadership.
단점:Terrorized culture - Everyone at the company dislikes the owner. Communication is non existent. Shady business practices. I recommend working for a different Microsoft Partner in the area. Overall, leadership at the company is not strong enough for the company to succeed.

Nice helpful and friendly environment. The company is very good for fresher candidates. You can learn many new things and skills.
단점:Pressure to do billable hours by yourself. The management can only hear from your direct supervisor/manager. They don't ask you what you are comfortable with.

Very helpful people, nice environment. They can also give you training.
단점:Work from Home is not provided to new employees, Management can only listen to Program Managers (no direct talk to employees), only 1 HR person and if she is off from work, all work related to HR would stop. Also if you have no project given by your manager, you would have to beg for billable hours daily.

단점:they work you like a horse, typical sweatshop ICC. if you are not from a certain country, you should keep interviewing other companies or you will humiliate yourself here.

You get to pick your own schedule. I worked here throughout my certification training and it worked for me. Awesome Job benefits and flexible working hours. Understanding managers who help and guide as much as possible. Comfortable working environment. Health, Fitness, and other job benefits. Great working environment.
단점:Sometimes you have to work long hours, but they are later compensated.

단점:Having multiple locations means doing the same thing multiple times to suit the demands of multiple regions
