The company is small, with a relaxed atmosphere. Mornings start late at 10 am, and most days are over by 6:30 (outside of earnings season). The company handles a very specialized field of translation, and they provide good training to get personnel caught up on what they need to know, even year to year changes in accounting standards.
단점:There is a single executive who rules the office, so there is not much upward mobility for anyone. A lot of the Japanese coordinators have been there for many years, but most of the translators, checkers, and DTP operators outgrow the company and leave eventually.
