New, world class executive team that are pushing the rest of the organization to excellence. Established company maintaining a start-up mentality to suceed. Hiring quickly to keep up with growth, hence a great deal of opportunity for advancement. Great technology in a great space. Beer, wine and all sorts of soda, and snacks always available. Lunch provided many days.
단점:Start-up mentality means start-up hours. So although you have the flexibility to work where you want when you need to, there is always something important to do. If 9-5 is what you are looking for, this is not the place.

Interesting tech -- Zixi had a chance to change the broadcast technology world. But it blew it by being the most dysfunctional organization I've ever been in contact with. Unless you are Israeli and can "take it" ("it" being the psychological aggression of the Israeli management for whom everything is war), you should avoid this company at all costs.
단점:Where to start? => Founder is the poster child for crazed, maniacal nut-cases. => Internal politics in a small startup ruins business opportunity => Incompetence is the highlight of Zixi's general management => Lax financial controls => The most ineffective and blind board of directors on the planet
