1. Great culture. Everyone works super hard and is super motivated to reach aggressive goals. 2. Lots of opportunity to take ownership and make a large impact. Leadership is very focused on hiring stellar people and empowering them to operate independently and do their best. 3. Solving a hard problem that startups usually shirk away from. Ambitious founders with a large vision.
단점:1. Distributed company from day 1. Because we're in 5 timezones, the company never sleeps. You can start your morning and already be behind on work. You have to be okay with lots of travel and long hours. 2. Like all startups in hypergrowth, we move fast and break things. You have to be okay with lack of structure and having to do things yourself.

단점:- As a rapidly growing company, the one constant is change, and so you have to be very adaptable and be OK with sometimes switching directions - Communication across time zones and geographies isn't the easiest, so you have to be OK with sometimes working odd hours - Maintaining alignment and visibility of company goals across the entire organization -- initiatives have been taken to help strengthen this, but... it'll always be a challenge with offices around the world

단점:It can sometimes be difficult to work across time zones, but that's part and parcel of working for a young(er), global company.

The Team is what makes the magic. We are all focused and ready to tackle this huge industry. To change the way field service works. Everyone in the office (and abroad) is laser-focused on getting the hard work done so we can continue to build a solid foundation for the company to grow on. Our leadership is top-notch. They truly care for the people working with them. No one is treated like a "subordinate". We all... have space at the table. I love hearing the creative ideas that the team comes up with on a daily basis. It's truly as good as they say it is.
단점:It's a start-up! The only constant is change! Do we want that to change? Maybe? Eventually? But this is the good stuff. I don't think i have much on the "cons" list. Distributes teams is difficult. But, you are all working so hard to get significant work done quickly. It'll all change in 6 months anyway :)

Zinier is disrupting its industry and experiencing tons of growth. The culture of the company is made up of a great balance of confidence in our services, scrappiness and humility. We continuously work cross-functionally and the synergy between our teams is something everyone is dedicated to. Being a start-up, there are a lot of strides to be made, a lot of processes to be implemented, a lot of scalable solutions to... be constructed. With that said, if you like having the opportunity to have great impact and be a part of multiple projects, ranging through various departments, this is an incredibly fruitful place for you.
단점:If you are not used to a start-up like environment, the lack of structure and set processes as of now will be detrimental to your experience, and this is probably not a good fit for you.

Extremely smart and accessible leadership, tons of growth potential, focus on excellence, supportive and fun culture, huge market opportunity, disruptive technology in a crowd of legacy players, exposure to global business, top investors.
단점:Like any early stage startup, you have to be ok with change, being scrappy, less resources (don't expect to have a very siloed role with 10 other people supporting you).

Good culture and management team. Co-workers are genuine, friendly, want to help new joiners ramp up. Teams work together globally and pitch in on ideas to build our company brand. Easy to make suggestions and take on interesting projects.
단점:Zinier is a fast growing with purpose and everyone is focused on helping build. You need to be willing to be scrappy to be successful here.

This company has some of the smartest people I have ever met, you are surrounded by incredible people who are highly committed to making it a success. The company is very global with offices and customers across North Americas, Asia, and Latin America. Massive market opportunity, amazing product. Amazing working environment.
단점:It can be challenging to keep up with the pace; management should focus on ensuring everyone in the company is entirely up to speed. It can feel like drinking from a firehose at times. That said, this aspect of my job at Zinier makes it the most rewarding, there is never a dull moment.

Building a truly innovative product that is well on its way to completely change the landscape of field service. Building a product of such complexity is challenging yet extremely rewarding. I am surrounded by really smart engineers and the team is always keen on jumping on to help wherever they can. Its a very fast environment with fast new product delivery timelines and the team and management make sure the work... environment is conducive to keeping the team motivated and aligned.
단점:The bar is very high, and its not the place for every one. This is the right place if you are open to continuously learning, being challenged every day and have a "lets get it done " attitude.

It's a place where you can learn A LOT. Working with super talented people is great. Collaborating with teams all across the globe is also exciting and gives you plenty of exposure. Very little red tape - for the most part, everyone is super approachable (the CEO and CPO are one of the most humble and down to earth guys you can meet!). Great work culture in San Mateo CA & Singapore. At times we get to work... out of scope and wearing multiple hats - this can be daunting, challenging and a bit stressful, but it also allows to learn so much from different areas and do things you won't typically be doing in a more established company.
단점:Working long hours, and coping with the difficulties to sync with other teammates in different time zones. Work / Life balance can be a bit challenging given our current nature. Although we are still in the startup phase - I don't necessarily agree with being scrappy all the time. As we grow - there must be certain guidelines, work frames, to adhere to all across the board. This has caused some differences with... teams internally and also with customers. The product is still too fragile. Software Devs & Product need to have more direct exposure with customers and real use cases so they can fully understand what the product needs to do, what key components are being missed or overlooked, but above all - to have a better sense of urgency and more accountability on their actions (especially teams based in Bangalore). Wish rest of the workplaces had the same culture and good vibes like San Mateo, Singapore and Bangalore offices.

단점:- More than a disadvantage it is a reality, being a truly global startup company is a challenge to handle multiple time zones so it's normal to have some times meetings early early morning or late late night. - Probably it doesn't apply to all regions but, even when it's a young high tech company, the working culture in some aspects is very old fashion.

Change is the only constant at Zinier. With the company growing at such a high speed, the changes are even faster. There is so much to learn and do, on the go! However, the support and guidance from all the employees across the globe makes this process so much easier and fun. It's inspiring to see how passionate the people here are about the work that they do. I started out my journey with Zinier as an intern,... there are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow here, you just need to ask for help whenever needed :)
단점:Nothing really, just need to be able to keep up with the fast pace at which the company is growing

As a dynamic environment and growing startup, Zinier offers huge learning opportunities. Here, you are always welcome to take an initiative, making mistakes, provide suggestions, connect and learn from cross-country team members. At the same time, thanks to our amazing leaders, supports are always available when needed – making it a really valuable experience altogether. In just a year (being in Product Design... team), I also learned many things outside my day to day UI role (from sitting with the customers during our user research trip, offsite training with the engineering team in Bangalore, to attending design-related events with SG peers). For foodies, we are now having a food corner full of snacks, which are regularly topped up ;) Overall, glad to have Zinier as part of my career journey!
단점:There is still room to improve the team's communication and be more open about sharing thoughts/concerns/ideas/feedback.

Good salary and interesting package. The company it self is growing fast and hiring the best people in industry. So there is a chance to learn a lot of things.
단점:There is some people who have this “I am too important to talk to you” attitude. This behaviour would create tone deaf culture in the company in the future. Some people need to be humble and start listening. There is no strong bonding between team members. People need to help each other out instead of focusing in their own projects.
