- Friendly team, no politics - Great if you want to work in Taiwan - Good opportunity to learn unsimplified Chinese (Might be a con)
단점:- Recently let go its entire development division in Singapore - Upper management unfamiliar with game development, sets unrealistic targets - Working in Taiwan for long periods (Might be a pro?)

1. Zealot have a very good talent pool of artists and programmers. 2. Company culture is great. Almost no politics. Hardly any tension between technical team and art team. 3. Closely knitted colleagues.
단점:1. Pay isn't great (Taiwan pay scale since the parent company is from there) 2. If you don't speak Mandarin, you are lose out a lot. (unless you are in R&D team)
