You get to learn a lot as you are given challenges throughout functions
단점:The HR department is mediocre. Processes are weak,quality of people is average, you will find a lot of people having 10 years experience in the same company. Later you will know that they have stuck around in the same company because they are not fit for other companies. Overall, I feel the HR head is good, but HR managers in cities in New Delhi are mediocre and irritable because of how slow and unprofessional they... are.

1. Simply cannot think of anything
단점:1. Poorest treatment to employees, especially female employees in the team I belonged to 2. Had taken up an issue to the HR, yet the actions taken were in support to them only because they did not have the guts to move people around as they were in a senior position Never have I faced such an issue in any of my previous companies where it was autocratic and fake boss who only was fit to stay with one person and test the entire team to check their knowledge. Being new to the system, all I faced was my immediate manager and super boss having discussions amongst themselves and checking if I knew the information. Never guided by them on how to go about things in the initial stages. Faced max ego and male chauvinistic attitude. Worst tenure of work in my professional life!!

One company where I was given an opportunity to do what I wanted. After serving 2 years as an EA I was given and opportunity to enter the production team (content development) with no prior experience just basis something small that my boss spotted me doing. I was wholeheartedly welcomed in the new team and since then I have been given a lot of exposure in everything that a production house does. My life has changed... and now finally after so many years I can say that I have job satisfaction. I am satisfied with what I am doing and I am loving it.

단점:In just 2 months of joining, I was invited into a closed office room by 3 zee employees, without informing my reporting manager and was bullied and humiliated for assigning them work. I complained to my reporting manager, who was also an old employee @ zee, about this. she said that's how it is at Zee. No action was ever taken.
