I have been working in Zen3 for around 2.8 years, They have placed me in Microsoft in one of the best projects called CI and then they moved me to another project called ingestion. (MSN) Very friendly team and Management is also very supportive and they encourage the team in all the aspects. Management always tries to make us maintain the balance between work and personal life in all the time. Feeling very... proud to say that I have worked in this organisation for around 3+ years. And now they are sending me to USA (We have a branch in one of the best cities in USA) for another project. I prefer this company for every one to grownup in their carrier. Best one to choose. N space for the new employs , Organisation and management is careless. They are hiring any graduate for data analyst role (which is basically rating the bings ad manually). they are not paying for the training
단점:they will hire you for just 2 months. they will not give you the offer letter while training and will make excuses to you. the salary is different for the same project . no benifits. senior employees are rude.

Its been nearly a year working in Zen3 and I found the exposure and work environment was really good. Employees can even learn anything even out of box because you can find people from ethnic backgrounds..
단점:Any organization would face hurdles during the development stage, in this aspect Zen3 had overcome such things.

단점:no work culture no work-life balance. Poor leadership skills of Managers. Lack of Vision No growth path. Pathetic HR policies. No good clients apart from few division of Microsoft

Nothing Good No Job Security they will use you and if there is no project your Manager will drop a mail that you are on bench effective today and the LWD they will release you they will not even care about you.Dont Join the company if you are career oriented person,your career will be spoil.
단점:There are many you cant even imagine nothing streamline. No HR Policy No Bench Policy If your project gets over that's it you will be thrown out of organisation.
